My ZOO Box Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between My ZOO Box ("Company" or "we"), and the individual or entity ("Affiliate" or "you") participating in the My ZOO Box Affiliate Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1. Program Participation
1.1 To become an Affiliate, you must apply to join the Program through our designated platform or process. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
1.2 Once accepted, you will receive a unique affiliate ID and access to promotional materials and tracking links that you can use to promote My ZOO Box products or services.
2. Promotion and Marketing
2.1 As an Affiliate, you agree to promote My ZOO Box in a lawful and ethical manner. You shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional materials, including but not limited to websites, social media posts, and advertisements, comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.3 You may use the promotional materials provided by us or create your own, but all promotional materials must be approved by us before use.
3. Prohibited Activities
3.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited within the My ZOO Box Affiliate Program:
Use of spam, unsolicited emails, or any form of unauthorized communications to promote My ZOO Box.
Promotion of My ZOO Box on websites, platforms, or content that contain or promote adult content, hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.
Misrepresentation of My ZOO Box products, services, or offers.
Bidding on trademarked or copyrighted terms related to My ZOO Box in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns without prior written approval.
4. Commissions and Payments
4.1 You will earn a commission on eligible sales generated through your unique affiliate tracking link. Commissions and commission rates will be outlined in a separate document provided to you upon acceptance into the Program.
4.2 Commissions are typically paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold as specified in the Program terms. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information to receive your commissions.
5. Termination
5.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
5.2 Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotion of My ZOO Box and remove any affiliate links or materials from your platforms.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
6.2 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By participating in the My ZOO Box Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
