1. Definitions

“You” or “Affiliate” = participant in our Affiliate Program.
“Your site” = any website or social platform promoting our links.
2. Enrollment & Conduct
Apply via awin.com. Approval may take up to 2 weeks. We may reject or revoke participation at any time.
Your sites and social accounts must not:
Violate laws or rights.
Contain offensive or harmful material.
Use malware, redirects, or traffic-diversion tech.
Infringe on copyrights or trademarks.
Impersonate Juniper Books or copy our site’s look.
Maintain accurate and lawful content. Keep links updated and approved. All participating domains must be listed in your profile.
3. Linking
Use only authorized tracking links, banners, and creatives.
Do not alter links, mask URLs, stuff cookies, or mislead users.
We may require link or placement changes at any time.
We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use our approved graphics and text solely for promotion.
4. PPC & SEO
Do not bid on or use our trademarks (“Juniper Books,” “juniperbooks.com,” etc.) in ads, keywords, domains, or URLs.
No direct linking to our site from ads. Violations = removal + commission reversal.
5. Coupons
Only promote codes issued through Awin.
Display full offer details and valid dates.
No fake, expired, or non-affiliate codes.
Coupon sites paid only for sales using valid affiliate codes.
6. Sub-Affiliates
Allowed only with full transparency.
Sub-affiliates must follow these same terms or your commissions may be reduced or revoked.
7. Advertising & Social Media
Obtain written approval before publishing any Juniper Books-related materials or sending promotional emails.
Social media promotion is allowed on your own accounts, but not ours.
No ads using our trademarks or impersonating us.
8. Compliance
Follow all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and FTC disclosure rules.
Disclose affiliate relationships clearly near each endorsement or link.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate anytime.
Upon termination, remove all Juniper Books links, logos, and materials.
Commissions apply only to valid sales before termination.
10. Orders & Payment
Juniper Books processes all orders, service, and returns.
Commissions tracked via ShareASale and paid per its schedule.
Sales subject to reversal for returns, fraud, or violations.
11. Liability & Indemnification
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability = commissions paid to date.
You agree to indemnify Juniper Books for any third-party claims arising from your site or conduct.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties must protect confidential business, technical, and customer information.
13. Miscellaneous
You are an independent contractor, not an employee.
This Agreement is governed by Colorado law (USA).
Invalid clauses are severable; all others remain enforceable.
Continued participation after notice of changes = acceptance.
