1. Affiliate Responsibilities:
1.1. Affiliate will promote ENCOMMÚN Official products through approved marketing materials and strategies provided by the Company.
1.2. Affiliate will adhere to ethical marketing practices and not engage in any misleading or deceptive promotion of Company's products.
1.3. Affiliate will not engage in spamming, black hat SEO, or any other practices that may harm the Company's reputation.
1.4. Affiliate will promote Company's products in a manner that is consistent with the brand's values and aesthetics.
2. Commission Structure:
2.1. Affiliate will earn a commission on each sale made through their unique affiliate link or code.
2.2. The commission rate will be 12% of the total sales amount for each referred customer.
3. Payout and Tracking:
3.1. Affiliate commissions will be paid on a [monthly/quarterly] basis.
3.2. The Company will provide Affiliate with access to a tracking dashboard to monitor their referrals, sales, and commissions.

6.1. Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of this Agreement confidential.
7. Independent Contractors:
7.1. Both parties are independent contractors and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.
8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.
9. Governing Law:
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10. Entire Agreement:
10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
By participating in the ENCOMMÚN Official Affiliate Program, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
