Revised Policy
To participate in the www.hobbyzone.com Affiliate Referral program, affiliates are encouraged to complete and submit the registration form to www.hobbyzone.com. Upon approval, affiliates will generally become eligible to participate immediately, though such participation may be subject to periodic review (rather than ongoing, mandatory checks) by www.hobbyzone.com. Unless significant issues arise, participation will not be revoked without prior notice.
Participation could be temporarily suspended or terminated only if we reasonably determine (with clear justification) that your site is unsuitable for the Program. Examples of unsuitable sites include but are not limited to those that:
This agreement primarily applies to websites owned and managed by affiliates as listed in the registration form. In rare cases, minor exceptions may be considered for affiliated subdomains or partner platforms with prior written consent.
While www.hobbyzone.com strongly discourages placing Affiliate Referral links on unregistered sites, we recognize that accidental or temporary placements (e.g., during website migrations) may occur and will address such issues through constructive communication rather than immediate penalties.
Affiliates are not permitted to register domains that primarily contain www.hobbyzone.com’s brand name (e.g., “hobbyzonedeals.com” is allowed, but “hobbyzone-official.com” is not). Similarly, using the brand name in subdomains (e.g., “blog.hobbyzone.com” on a publisher’s independent domain) is discouraged but not strictly prohibited unless it causes confusion or dilutes the brand.
Regarding paid advertising: Affiliates are not required to avoid bidding on variations of www.hobbyzone.com’s brand name (including misspellings) on platforms like AdWords or adCenter, provided such bids do not attempt to mislead users or harm the brand’s reputation.
