Affiliate Partnership Agreement and Services

Your involvement in the Selectum Store Corp Affiliate Program is exclusively designated for the purpose of ethically and lawfully promoting Selectumllc.com, thereby accruing commissions on products procured by patrons referred by you.
Cessation of Partnership Selectum Store Corp, possessing the exclusive authority, retains the prerogative to suspend, decline commission disbursement, and/or terminate your account abruptly and devoid of forewarning, should any of the ensuing violations come to the fore:- Dissemination of unsolicited emails (spam).
- Promulgating misleading and inappropriate advertisements on behalf of Selectumllc.com.
- Advertising on websites that propagate illicit content and unlawful activities.-
Bidding on Selectum Store Corp’s Trademark or any derivative spellings or renditions of our corporate appellation.
- Employing domain names encompassing Selectum Store Corp's restricted trademark.
- Generating or harnessing traffic from any manifestations of Spyware or Adware software.

-Click Bidding Permissible: Directly linking to any brand-specific keyword (excluding our trademark) within search engines is permissible, provided the Advertisement Copies represent Selectumllc.com in a dignified manner that does not compromise our brand image.
Copy must be devoid of errors, adhere to proper grammar, and must refrain from presenting fallacious statements.
Unacceptable: Affiliates are proscribed from overbidding or outbidding Selectum Store Corp's ad copies during any bidding process. The use of terms like "cheap" or "sale" in Ad Copies is proscribed.
Bidding on Selectum Store Corp's trademark or any distorted spellings or variations of our corporate name is forbidden. This encompasses, without limitation, the following: selectum, selectum llc, selectum com, selectum llc com, www selectum llc com, selectum store, selectum store corp and any combination with word selectum.
Moreover, Affiliates are barred from utilizing any promotional tools on behalf of Selectum Store Corp. While Affiliates may advertise products through diverse means, directing customers to Selectum Store Corp's website via advertisements is prohibited.
Should Selectum Store Corp ascertain, at its solitary discretion, that an affiliate partner is bidding on "Selectum Store Corp" keywords as delineated in the aforementioned "Unacceptable" section, or concealing their ad as Selectum Store Corp's.
Selectum Store Corp reserves the prerogative to undertake any or all of the ensuing measures: withholding payment for sales commissions from the commencement of bidding on restricted trademark terms, or expelling the affiliate partner from Selectum Store Corp's Affiliate Program.
