THINKINGSLIMMER LTD MANDATORY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Partners must not misrepresent the effectiveness of the Slimpod Gold programme.
Partners are strongly encouraged to use the advertising copy and or graphics and or sample banners provided in the Creative Centre and Document tab to ensure that materials used, including but not restricted to how Slimpod works and clinical trial data, are accurate and not misleading.
Partners must take reasonable care to use only up-to-date images, ad-copy and offers in their marketing. Partners must ensure that they adhere strictly to the brand guidelines contained in the Documents tab.
Partners must undertake to use only use ethical marketing methods to promote the Slimpod Gold programme. ThinkingSlimmer Ltd will not permit anyone to promote the Slimpod Gold programme via unsolicited email marketing (also known as “spam”). Partners may not promote the Slimpod Gold programme via sites, blogs or any other marketing methods that contain offensive or illegal or discriminatory content. ThinkingSlimmer Ltd will have sole discretion over what is deemed to be offensive or discriminatory.
ThinkingSlimmer Ltd reserves the right to terminate your partner status without notice and at its sole discretion if it deems that a partner is acting in a manner which is detrimental to the good name and commercial well-being of ThinkingSlimmer Ltd.
ThinkingSlimmer Ltd will not be held responsible if you refer a prospective customer with a device that doesn’t allow the cookies necessary to give you commission or if they already have another publisher’s cookies on their device.
Commissions are payable on genuine and completed transactions only. ThinkingSlimmer Ltd will check every transaction made through a partner to make it sure meets its terms and conditions and at its sole discretion reserves the right to deny payment of commission where that transaction is deemed not to be valid.
Please note that ThinkingSlimmer Ltd cannot pay commission on Slimpod Gold programmes purchased through any ecommerce website other than www.ThinkingSlimmer.com.
All partners must be contactable within a reasonable amount of time and provide an email address at which they can be contacted.
No partner shall run a paid search campaign promoting the Slimpod Gold programme without the prior written consent of ThinkingSlimmer Ltd.
No partner shall run a Comparison Shopping Service campaign promoting the Slimpod Gold programme without the prior written consent of ThinkingSlimmer Ltd.
No partner shall run a display campaign promoting the Slimpod Gold programme without the prior written consent of ThinkingSlimmer Ltd.
Partners shall only promote voucher codes, sales and offers approved by ThinkingSlimmer Ltd and provided in the Awin Toolbox.
ThinkingSlimmer Ltd shall not be responsible for any loss suffered by a Partner howsoever caused.
