Cookies: We use cookies to track referrals. The cookies have a set duration, and commissions will only be awarded if the customer makes a purchase within that timeframe after clicking on your affiliate link.
Prohibited Content: You must not promote our products on websites or platforms containing illegal, offensive, or objectionable content. This includes but is not limited to websites promoting violence, discrimination, adult content, or violating intellectual property rights.
Commission Payouts: Commissions will be paid out on a regular schedule, as specified in your affiliate agreement. Payment methods and minimum payout thresholds will also be detailed in the agreement.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate partnership at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. If your account is terminated due to violation of our terms, any outstanding commissions will be forfeited.
Modification of Terms: We may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to regularly check for updates. Your continued participation in the affiliate program after any modifications constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
Relationship: By participating in the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of our company.
Liability: We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, or any other claims arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
Confidentiality: Any confidential information shared during the affiliate partnership should be kept confidential and not disclosed to any third parties.
