JerkyGent.com Affiliate Program Agreement
By joining the JerkyGent.com Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate") are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
1. Introduction and General Terms
Affiliate marketing, similar to all other marketing strategies, carries essential legal and compliance implications. As we enter this partnership, this Agreement outlines our mutual understanding to maintain the program's integrity and ensure its profitability.
2. Establishment of Affiliate Agreement
While ShareASale offers a broad legal contract that binds affiliates to specific terms, JerkyGent.com demands affiliates to adhere to certain exclusive guidelines. This Agreement provides those specifics.
3. Prohibition of Coupon Sites
Affiliates operating coupon websites or promoting primarily through coupon-related tactics are strictly prohibited from participating in the JerkyGent.com Affiliate Program.
4. PPC (Pay Per Click) Compliance
Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords such as "JerkyGent", "JerkyGent.com", and any variants or misspellings.
Combining branded keywords with other words for bidding purposes (e.g., “JerkyGent Discounts”) is also disallowed unless explicitly permitted.
Affiliates infringing upon our brand name or related terms with their PPC bids will face termination from the program.
5. Sales Tax and Government Regulation
Affiliates should be familiar with their state's stance on online sales taxation. If a state mandates the collection of online sales tax due to affiliate marketing, the affiliate is required to:
Annually provide a signed document, attesting they avoid solicitation activities that would mandate tax collection in that state.
Ensure their promotional methods, such as PPC ads or email promotions, do not target consumers in states that necessitate sales tax collection due to affiliate actions.
6. Termination and Penalties
Violating any terms of this Agreement may result in immediate exclusion from the Affiliate Program.
JerkyGent.com retains the right to withhold or revoke any affiliate payments if this Agreement is breached.
7. Miscellaneous
The laws of [Your State or Country], without regard to its conflicts of laws principles, will govern this Agreement.
Affiliates must also abide by ShareASale's Terms of Use.
JerkyGent.com can update the terms of this Agreement at any time.
