5. Affiliates must not use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any other unethical methods to generate sales.
6. Affiliates must not promote our products on websites or content that contains adult, offensive, or illegal material.
7. Affiliates must not promote our products through unsolicited email marketing or spam.
8. Affiliates must not engage in any activity that may harm the reputation or goodwill of our brand.
9.Affiliates must not offer cashback incentives without prior approval from our program.
10. Affiliates must not share confidential or proprietary information about our brand with third parties.
11. Affiliates must not misrepresent themselves as official representatives of our brand or company.
12. Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting our products.
13. Affiliates must use only approved creatives and promotional materials provided by our program.
14. Affiliates must not modify or alter our creatives without prior approval.
15. Affiliates must not engage in any form of adware, spyware, or malware activity.
16. Affiliates must not post fake reviews or testimonials about our products.
17. Affiliates must not engage in any activity that violates ShareASale's Terms of Use.
18. We reserve the right to review and approve affiliate applications before acceptance into our program.
19. We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's account for any violation of the program agreement.
20. Any commissions earned through fraudulent or non-compliant activities will be voided.
21. Ad Copy Compliance -Specify that ad copy should comply with your brand guidelines and accurately represent your products or promotions.
