Definitions for Terms & Conditions

1. Exclusive Code

An Exclusive Promotional Code is a unique discount, voucher, or coupon code that has been specifically generated and assigned by Space NK solely for the promotion by the Publisher within this affiliate campaign.

Key Attribute: The Publisher is granted the unique right (or is part of a select, small group) to promote this specific code for a defined period.

2. Non-Exclusive Code

A Non-Exclusive Promotional Code is any discount, voucher, or coupon code that is made available generally to the public, a broad customer segment, or to multiple publishers simultaneously, and is not specifically assigned to the Publisher for their sole use.

Examples include: Codes promoted widely on the Company’s website, codes distributed via general marketing emails to all subscribers, codes listed on public coupon aggregator websites, or codes promoted across multiple, non-affiliated marketing channels.
Commission Consequence: If a customer uses a Non-Exclusive Promotional Code during checkout, the Company will attribute the sale based on its established tracking hierarchy (e.g., last click, cookie duration). Crucially, the use of a Non-Exclusive Code will cause the sale to be ineligible for commission from the Publisher if that code supersedes the Publisher's tracking.
