Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement
By signing up to participate in the Mags Direct is operated by Routes to Retail Limited, part of the Frontline Group affiliate program on the Awin platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). These terms apply to all affiliates who participate in the program and govern your participation in the Mags Direct is operated by Routes to Retail Limited, part of the Frontline Group affiliate program (the "Program").
2. Affiliate Enrollment
To enroll in the Program, you must apply through the Awin network. We will evaluate your application in good faith and reserve the right to reject your application for any reason, including, but not limited to, the following:
Your website or marketing methods promote illegal or inappropriate content.
Your website is under construction or does not contain sufficient content.
Your website or platform violates any intellectual property laws.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1. Compliance
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Follow Awin’s terms and conditions.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your affiliate account information.
Comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the CAN-SPAM Act.
3.2. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
Engage in any form of spamming or unsolicited promotion.
Use fraudulent or deceptive marketing tactics.
Display content that is offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.
Participate in any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, fraudulent clicks, or manipulating referral tracking.
4. Commission Structure
4.1. Commission Rates
The commission structure is outlined in the Awin platform and may vary based on product category, volume, or specific promotions. The commission rate is subject to change at any time at the discretion of Mags Direct is operated by Routes to Retail Limited, part of the Frontline Group. Notice will be provided to affiliates in the event of any changes.
4.2. Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis. Payments will be made through Awin and follow their payment processing timelines and procedures.
5. Tracking and Reporting
Awin will provide tracking and reporting for all sales generated through your affiliate links. It is your responsibility to ensure your tracking codes are properly integrated and functioning on your website or promotional platform.
6. Affiliate Termination
6.1. Termination by Mags Direct is operated by Routes to Retail Limited, part of the Frontline Group
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:
Breach of this Agreement or Awin’s terms and conditions.
Fraudulent activities.
Misrepresentation of Mags Direct is operated by Routes to Retail Limited, part of the Frontline Group, or any of our products.
6.2. Termination by Affiliate
You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to Mags Direct is operated by Routes to Retail Limited, part of the Frontline Group via Awin.
7. Intellectual Property
As an affiliate, you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable right to use our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials provided through Awin for the sole purpose of promoting Mags Direct is operated by Routes to Retail Limited, part of the Frontline Group. You may not modify these materials in any way without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mags Direct is operated by Routes to Retail Limited, part of the Frontline Group will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program. We do not make any express or implied warranties with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program.
9. Indemnification
