Thank you for joining the Emensuits Affiliate Program. By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Affiliate Approval:
1.1. We reserve the right to review and approve all affiliate applications. We may reject any application that we deem unsuitable for our program, including those that promote illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
1.2. We do not accept affiliates who engage in spamming, fraudulent activities, or any other unethical marketing practices.
Promotion of Emensuits:
2.1. As an affiliate, you are allowed to promote Emensuits products and services through approved advertising methods, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
2.2. You must use only authorized marketing materials provided by Emensuits. The use of unauthorized or misleading creatives is strictly prohibited.
2.3. You may not create any impression that you are the official representative of Emensuits or have any authority to bind Emensuits in any contract or agreement.
Prohibited Activities:
3.1. Affiliates are not allowed to bid on trademarked terms, including variations or misspellings, for paid search marketing campaigns.
3.2. Affiliates are prohibited from using deceptive tactics to generate traffic, such as cookie stuffing or misleading redirects.
3.3. You may not promote Emensuits on websites or platforms that contain or promote illegal, adult, violent, discriminatory, or offensive content.
3.4. Affiliates are not permitted to engage in any form of incentivized promotion without prior written consent from Emensuits.
3.5. You must not engage in any activity that may negatively impact Emensuits' brand reputation or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Commission and Payments:
4.1. Affiliates will earn a commission on eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate links or tracking codes.
4.2. The commission rate and eligibility criteria for earning commissions will be specified separately in the ShareASale affiliate portal.
4.3. Commissions will only be paid for confirmed and completed sales. Returns, cancellations, and chargebacks are not eligible for commission payments.
4.4. Payment schedules and methods will be determined by Emensuits and communicated to affiliates.
Relationship of Parties:
5.1. This agreement does not create any joint venture, partnership, agency, or employment relationship between the affiliate and Emensuits.
5.2. Affiliates are solely responsible for their own websites, marketing efforts, and compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.
Termination:
6.1. Emensuits reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time and for any reason.
6.2. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions earned will be paid, subject to verification and compliance with this agreement.
Modification:
7.1. Emensuits may modify this agreement or the affiliate program at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the program agreement for any updates or changes.
By participating in the Emensuits Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this program agreement. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
