2. Program Acceptance: Foodhub reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Eligibility: Foodhub's affiliate program is open to individuals and businesses meeting the Company's criteria for participation.
4. Affiliate shall actively promote our products/services using approved marketing materials provided by Foodhub.
5. Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while promoting the our products/services.
6. Affiliate shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
7. Prohibited Content: Affiliate agrees not to promote our products/services on websites or platforms that contain or promote adult content, pornography, gambling, or any content related to poker or casino gaming. Any violation of this restriction may result in immediate termination of the Affiliate's participation in the program.
