Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on any search terms that include our brand name and its variations.
Direct linking from PPC ads is not permitted.

Affiliates must not engage in any illegal, deceptive, or unethical practices while promoting our brand. This includes but is not limited to spamming, trademark infringement, misleading advertising, or misrepresenting our products or services.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted under this agreement shall cease, and all outstanding commissions will be paid as per the payment schedule.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We make no warranties or representations regarding the performance, quality, or availability of our website, products, or services. Our website and software are provided on an "as-is" basis, and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to this affiliate program.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the affiliate program, including any breach of these terms.
