General
• Affiliates are not allowed to bid on keyword "Voloom", misspellings or combinations in these search engines: Google, Yahoo and Bing.
• Affiliates MUST NOT register/buy or use domains that users may believe are part of Voloom.
• Affiliates may not create websites that may impersonate the Voloom website.
• Affiliates are not allowed to use Pop Ups or any other format that is deemed intrusive or use any other cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser.
• Affiliates are not allowed to buy, register, or create domains or subdomains which may mislead users to believe that such site is the merchants brand website.
• Affiliates are not allowed to supplant by any means the merchant's identity in social media. Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media.
• Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are distributed by the merchant. Any sales registered through other coupon codes will not be considered as valid and will be canceled.
• Affiliates are not allowed to promote coupon codes that have not been issued via the affiliate channel.
• Affiliates are not permitted to promote the merchant through any toolbar unless they have direct authorization on behalf of the merchant.
• Affiliates are not permitted to promote the merchant through any Google Shopping ads.
• Affiliates may not use celebrity, influencer or any likeness as testimonials or in any way without prior authorization from Voloom.
• Affiliates violating the above T&C will be rejected from the program.
PPC:
- If publishers promote VOLOOM via PPC they will not be entitled to full commission.
- If publishers directly link to VOLOOM's website (www.VOLOOM.com) from search engines, they will not receive full commission.
- If publishers use VOLOOM in their display URL they will not receive full commission.
- If publishers use VOLOOM in their paid search title and description they will not receive full commission.
- If publishers display their ads when misspellings of VOLOOM are entered as search keywords they will not receive full commission.
- If publishers display their ads when VOLOOM or variations of VOLOOM are entered as search keywords they will not receive full commission.
- If publishers display their ads when brand name and another word are entered as search keywords, they will not receive full commissions.
Commissions are declined for the following reasons:
- Order was canceled
- Item was returned
- Customer failed credit check
- Break of program terms
- Duplicate order
- Item was out of stock
- Other
Notice Periods
• Where possible, how many days notice would you like to give publishers when you change something in the terms and conditions of your publisher program? 7 days.
• Where possible, when you update your website and there is the possibility of the site being unavailable, how many days notice would you like to give publishers? 7 Days.
• Where possible, how many days notice would you like to give publishers when you lower commissions? 7 Days.
