Savette Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the Terms and Conditions for participation in the Savette Affiliate Program. By signing below, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Savette administers its Affiliate Program exclusively through the Awin affiliate platform. All links, creatives, transactions, and commission payments are managed within this platform. Affiliates must maintain an active account on the platform to participate in the Program.
1. Agreement
By applying to be a Savette Affiliate (“Affiliate”), you:
Agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy (https://savette.com/privacy)
Acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy constitute an agreement between you and Savette upon acceptance into the Program.
Represent and warrant that you are lawfully able to enter into this Agreement.
Agree to remain in compliance with the Agreement and ensure your employees, agents, and contractors do the same.
This Agreement is written in plain language to ensure it is clear and accessible.
2. Definitions As used in this Agreement:
“Savette,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Savette in all forms.
“You” or “your” refers to the Affiliate.
“Our website” refers to Savette properties located at savette.com.
“Your website” refers to any site, page, or online service you control that links to our website.
“Program” or “Affiliate Program” refers to the Savette Affiliate Program.
“Products” refers to goods sold or distributed by Savette.
“Qualifying Purchases” means purchases made when:
A customer clicks through your affiliate link to our website.
Within 30 days, the customer adds a product to their cart and completes the purchase.
The product is paid in full and not subsequently canceled, returned, or refunded.
3. Program Details
Attribution Period (Cookie Length): 7 days
Auto Validation Period: 50 days
Mobile Optimised Tracking: No
App Tracking: No
ShopWindow: 160 products, updated daily
4. Termination
Savette reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason. Upon termination, you must:
Return or delete all Savette-provided materials (ad links, designs, prototypes, product samples, etc.).
Immediately cease using any Savette links, marks, or intellectual property.
Discontinue use of Savette know-how, toolkits, or embargoed promotional materials.
5. Promotions & Sales
Savette does not issue or support coupon codes.
On rare occasions, Savette may run sitewide or product-specific sales, which will be clearly displayed on savette.com.
Affiliates may promote these sales only as they are presented publicly — altering, repurposing, or misrepresenting promotional details is strictly prohibited.
Any early promotion of embargoed campaigns or unauthorized messaging may result in forfeited commissions and potential removal from the program.
6. Website & Content Standards
Your affiliate site may not:
Engage in illegal activity.
Contain discriminatory, pornographic, hateful, violent, or offensive content.
Promote religious or political endorsements. Include content deemed aesthetically inappropriate by Savette.
Irresponsibly promote alcohol, tobacco, or drugs. Promote firearms, gambling, or lotteries. Gratuitously or excessively use the word “sex.”
7. Linking & Creative Use
Only use affiliate links provided through Savette’s designated affiliate platform.
All domains using affiliate links must be listed in your affiliate profile within the platform.
Your site may not copy, resemble, or mirror Savette’s website.
You may not use techniques that mislead visitors (e.g., framing, cookie stuffing, false links, masked URLs, redirects).
Creative assets may not be modified without express written approval.
You must use only the creatives and promotions provided or approved by Savette.
8. Paid Search & PPC Restrictions
You may not bid on Savette trademarks, misspellings, or confusingly similar terms without written permission.
You may not use Savette terms in ad headlines, copy, meta tags, keywords, or paid search advertising.
Pay-per-click advertising on Savette trademarks is prohibited unless expressly approved.
10. Intellectual Property
All Savette trademarks, websites, and products remain the exclusive property of Savette.
Affiliates have no rights to Savette marks or products beyond those granted under this Agreement.
Savette may request changes to use of its IP, and affiliates must comply.
Affiliates may not remove Savette copyright notices or trademarks.
Savette reserves the right to audit affiliates for compliance.
11. Confidentiality
Affiliates must maintain confidentiality of all documents and materials marked “Confidential” provided by Savette.
12. Assignment
Affiliates may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written approval from Savette.
13. Transactions & Payment
Transactions are validated twice monthly after a 90-day return period.
Transaction queries must be submitted within 45 days of the transaction date; late claims will not be accepted.
All sales remain in a pending state until the 90-day lock date.
Commission payments are issued via Savette’s designated affiliate platform on the 20th of the month following the lock date.

14. Social Media
Affiliates may promote Savette on their own social channels with affiliate links.
Affiliates may not: Post affiliate links on Savette’s official social accounts.
Affiliates may not: Run advertisements on social platforms using Savette’s Trademarked Terms.
