Paper Cosmetics Affiliate Terms of Agreement
Effective Date: 18. March 2026
Please read these affiliate terms and conditions carefully before joining our program or marketing our products. These terms are written in plain language to ensure clarity. Each affiliate is responsible for complying with all terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “PAPR” means Paper Cosmetics, Inc.
“Affiliate”, “You”, “Your” means the applicant submitting an application and participating in the Program.
2. Enrollment
Each application is reviewed individually. Allow up to 48 hours for review.
We reserve the right to reject any application.
Including all websites you use and a description of how you plan to promote PAPR helps in the evaluation process.
3. Website Restrictions
Your websites may not:
Infringe intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
Contain illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit content.
Include viruses, malware, or technology that diverts affiliate commissions.
Use technology to intercept or redirect traffic or commission from other websites.
4. Linking to Our Website
Affiliate links must be obtained through AWIN and used without manipulation.
All domains using your affiliate link must be listed in your affiliate profile.
Your website may not include “Official Site” or mimic PAPR’s website.
Cookie stuffing, misleading links, or masking referring URLs is prohibited.
5. PPC Guidelines
Affiliates may not bid on our brand terms or variations, including misspellings.
No direct linking to PAPR from PPC ads. Links must lead to pages on your own website.
Violations may result in 0% commission and reversal of previous commissions.
Our banned terms include (but are not limited to): P?PR, PAPR, PAPR Deodorant, PAPR All Natural Deodorant, PAPR Deodorant Coupons.
6. Deduplication & Attribution Policy
To ensure fair and accurate commission payments:
General Rule:
Each sale can only be attributed to one affiliate. Commissions are paid based on first-touch or last-touch AWIN tracking.
Included Channels:
E-Mail Marketing – one commission per sale.
Display Marketing – one commission per sale.
Direct Partnerships – one commission per sale.
Comparison / CSS Services – one commission per sale.
Internal Publisher Programs – one commission per sale.
Other Affiliate Networks – one commission per sale.
Excluded Channels:
Brand PPC / Search – prohibited; no commission.
Generic PPC / Search – prohibited; no commission.
Compliance:
Any attempts to manipulate tracking, bypass attribution rules, or generate duplicate commissions may result in commission reversal, suspension, or termination.
7. Domain Names
Affiliates may not use our trademarks in domain or subdomain names.
Examples of prohibited domains: papr.website.com, papercosmetics-coupons.com
8. Publicity & E-Mail
All promotional material referencing our program must be submitted for prior approval.
E-mails must comply with CAN-SPAM regulations and be approved or copied to PAPR prior to sending.
9. Social Media
Promotion on social platforms is allowed on your own pages using affiliate links.
Posting affiliate links on PAPR’s social media pages is prohibited.
Social accounts may not use PAPR’s banned terms in page names or usernames.
10. Transaction & Commission Rules
Commissions are only paid on completed, incremental sales.
The transaction value includes VAT but excludes shipping, payment fees, gift wrapping, or service fees.
No commission is paid for:
Cancelled orders
Returns or refunds
Customers failing credit checks
Program violations
Duplicate orders
Unavailable items
We reserve the right to reverse commissions if any of the above occur.
11. Publisher Participation
Allowed Publisher Segments:
✅ Content creators (blogs, YouTube, TikTok)
✅ Community / niche forums
✅ E-Mail marketing
✅ Selected discount/coupon publishers
✅ Trusted media brokers (optional)
Prohibited Publisher Segments:
❌ Cashback / loyalty programs
❌ PPC / search ads
❌ Behavioural retargeting campaigns
Additional Restrictions:
No promotion of non-age-appropriate content.
No promotion on non-compliant or illegal platforms.
12. Reversal & Communication
We reserve the right to reverse orders due to cancellations, returns, disputes, or violations.
Affiliates must respond promptly and honestly to requests for clarification.
13. FTC Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must disclose paid relationships clearly and prominently near affiliate links.
Pop-up disclosures are prohibited.
