These terms are in effect as of March 7, 2022.
Thank you for your interest in our affiliate program. Please review our terms and ensure that you can and will comply with all terms throughout the life of our relationship. Our terms are intended to make you and us successful as we bring together content and commerce.
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered between ReLocal Inc. dba Curiada (“Curiada”), a Delaware corporation, and Affiliate (“Affiliate”). Curiada and Affiliate are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.” Curiada’s affiliate program will be referred to as the “Program.”
Please read this Agreement carefully before registering. By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. Any non-compliance may result in termination of this agreement and our relationship.
ENROLLMENT IN PROGRAM
We will review your application and accept or reject your application within 72 hours. We reserve the right to reject any application. If you feel the decision is incorrect, please contact us.
AGE GUIDELINES
Curiada markets beverage alcohol, an adult product whose sale is restricted to customers over 21 years of age. All visitors to Curiada’s website will encounter an age gate requiring them to confirm that they are over 21 years of age. Curiada strives to be a responsible company, and we ask that Affiliates ensure compliance with the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States’ ethics guideline requiring at least 71.5% of the readership or viewership of the Affiliate platform to be over 21 years of age.
LINKING TERMS
By applying to our Program, you agree to only use the links provided by Curiada through the Affiliate Window without manipulation. Links may be used only on domains listed in your affiliate network profile.
You further agree that any domains or emails utilizing Curiada’s links or used for the purposes of the Program will not copy or resemble the look and feel of Curiada’s website, email assets, or other intellectual property in any way that could mislead the user to believe that the domain is directly owned or operated by Curiada. Domain names will not contain the name of any Curiada-owned intellectual property (e.g., curiada-coupons.com). Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, and false or misleading links are strictly prohibited.
You may place our links or banners as you choose on your Domain or within non-spam emails. If you are creating product links, please be sure to take these from the product feed.
COUPON TERMS
If your website promotes coupon codes, you must comply with additional terms.
You may only advertise the coupon codes Curiada provides through the affiliate window, and you may not advertise any coupon codes acquired through other channels. We will only approve commissions for coupon codes expressly provided via the affiliate window. You must link directly to our website. You may not willingly mislead users into clicking non-functioning coupon codes for the purpose of generating a click and setting a cookie (i.e., Cookie Stuffing).
PAY-PER-CLICK TERMS
If your website participates in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, you must comply with additional terms.
You may not bid on Curiada.com, www.curiada.com, Curiada, drink.curiada.com, try.curiada.com, or any other Curiada-owned intellectual property on Google, Bing, or any other pay per click advertising network. Furthermore, you may not bid on any variations or misspellings of any Curiada-owned intellectual property or phrases containing Curiada-owned intellectual property. You may not use Curiada-owned intellectual property in any advertising copy, display name, or display URL.

ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY
You may not create or publish any advertising materials that appear to be directly from Curiada. If you choose to include our links or creative in an email, that email must be sent by the Affiliate and cannot imply that it is being sent on behalf of Curiada.
If you choose to include our links or creative in advertising or publicity materials, that content must adhere to the Code of Responsible Practices for Beverage Alcohol Advertising and Marketing (https://www.distilledspirits.org/code-of-responsible-practices/).
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. In the event of any material change, we’ll notify you via e-mail at least 30 days prior to any such changes taking effect, at which time you may either agree to such changes or withdraw from the Service.
