Program Terms

Lorals Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Lorals Affiliate Program operated by Brazen Goods LLC d/b/a Lorals (“Lorals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to or participating in the program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to comply with this Agreement.

Lorals reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve, reject, or remove any affiliate at any time, with or without cause.

1. General Conduct

Affiliates must operate in a lawful, ethical, and transparent manner. You may not:

Engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices

Misrepresent Lorals products, claims, or positioning

Use content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

Lorals reserves the right to remove any affiliate whose conduct conflicts with our brand values or business interests.

2. Paid Search (PPC) Policy — STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of paid search advertising related to Lorals, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other paid search platform.

This prohibition includes:

- Bidding on any Lorals trademark terms, including “Lorals,” “MyLorals,” or any misspellings or variations

- Bidding on combinations of Lorals trademarks with other keywords (e.g., “Lorals coupon,” “Lorals review”)

- Using Lorals trademarks in ad copy, display URLs, extensions, or metadata

- Using dynamic keyword insertion involving Lorals trademarks

- Direct linking to mylorals.com (or any Lorals domain) from paid search ads

- Redirecting paid search traffic through affiliate tracking links

Any violation of this section will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of all commissions, including commissions already accrued but not yet paid.

3. Coupon and Promotion Policy - STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting any coupon codes, discounts, or special offers related to Lorals, regardless of source.

This includes, but is not limited to:
- Listing or promoting Lorals on coupon, deal, or discount websites  
- Promoting any coupon codes (valid, expired, scraped, or user-generated)  
- Using coupon- or discount-related messaging (e.g., “Lorals coupon,” “Lorals promo code,” “Lorals discount”)  
- Offering incentives, cashback, or rebates framed as discounts  

Lorals does not permit coupon-based promotion as part of its affiliate strategy.

Any violation of this section will result in:
- Immediate removal from the affiliate program  
- Forfeiture of all commissions associated with such activity  

4. Sub-Networks and Third-Party Publishers

Sub-networks (including, but not limited to, Skimlinks) are permitted only for editorial and content-based placements.

Affiliates operating as sub-networks are responsible for ensuring that all sub-publishers comply with this Agreement.

- Any violation by a sub-publisher will be treated as a violation by the sub-network

- Lorals reserves the right to remove sub-networks that do not maintain adequate compliance controls

Lorals may request disclosure of sub-publishers at any time.

5. Traffic and Attribution Rules

Affiliate tracking cookies may only be set when a user:

- Clicks a legitimate link placed on a website, platform, or communication channel owned or controlled by the affiliate

- Has clear intent to visit Lorals through that link

The following are strictly prohibited:

- Cookie stuffing or forced clicks

- Injecting affiliate links without user intent

- Intercepting or redirecting traffic from brand searches, direct navigation, or other sources not originating from your content

6. Content and Brand Usage

Affiliates may use Lorals-provided assets (links, images, copy) or create original content that accurately represents the brand.

Affiliates may not:

- Create content that mimics or impersonates Lorals’ website or branding

- Use Lorals trademarks in domain names, social handles, or deceptive formats

- Modify or create messaging that misrepresents product function, benefits, or positioning

Lorals reserves the right to request removal or modification of any content at any time.

7. Email and Social Media

Affiliates may promote Lorals via email and social media only if:

- They have appropriate consent from recipients

- They comply with applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

Spam, unsolicited outreach, or misleading promotions are strictly prohibited.

8. Enforcement and Remedies

Lorals reserves the right to:

- Immediately terminate any affiliate for violation of these terms

- Reverse or withhold commissions associated with non-compliant activity

- Remove tracking and deny attribution for prohibited traffic sources

Enforcement may occur without prior notice.

9. Program Modifications

Lorals may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
