Before joining the Grey State Apparel Affiliate Program, please ensure your website and promotional channels do not display or sell advertising that contravenes any laws or regulations, including those governing false or deceptive advertising.
Brand Ownership & Protection
Grey State Apparel is the exclusive owner of the Grey State Apparel trademark, brand name, and associated visual identity.
All content on Grey State Apparel’s official websites, marketing materials, and digital platforms is protected under trademark and copyright laws.
Affiliates must not directly or indirectly bid on the word mark "Grey State Apparel", any derivatives, or confusingly similar words in search engines or paid advertising platforms.
No “doorway pages” are to be built around searches for Grey State Apparel.
No masked URLs are permitted.
Websites promoting Grey State Apparel must allow standard browser navigation (e.g., back button functionality).
Please note: Sales on pre-orders will only be validated once the order has been shipped to the customer. Cancelled or returned orders will not be validated for commission purposes.
Brand Representation & Public Relations
Publishers must refrain from any form of negative PR related to their relationship with Grey State Apparel or its partners. This includes:
Not publishing or allowing the publication of any content that could damage the reputation of Grey State Apparel or its brand partners.
Effective moderation of any user-generated content published on your platforms.
Immediate response to any communications from the Grey State Apparel Affiliate Program regarding content that could be considered defamatory or harmful to brand integrity.
Inappropriate Content
Affiliates must not promote the Grey State Apparel Affiliate Program in environments containing, but not limited to, the following:
Illegal material
Obscene or sexually explicit content
Violent, discriminatory, threatening, or abusive material
Blasphemous or defamatory content
Content infringing on any third party’s intellectual property
Political or discriminatory views
File-sharing or peer-to-peer (P2P) content
Affiliates are solely responsible for all materials appearing on their websites or used in promotional activity for Grey State Apparel.
Logo Usage Guidelines
Our logo is a key part of the Grey State Apparel brand identity, and its consistent presentation is essential.
Approved Usage:
The official Grey State Apparel logotype is the only version permitted for use by third parties.
The logo may be shown in black on white or white on black.
The company name must remain clear and legible in all applications.
The logo may be placed over imagery if the background allows for full legibility.
The logo must always be displayed in its entirety and must not be altered, stretched, cropped, or recolored outside the approved variations.

Terms & Compliance
By applying to the Grey State Apparel Affiliate Program, you, the publisher, agree to these terms and conditions.
If any of the above terms are breached, Grey State Apparel reserves the right to suspend you from the program immediately, with any pending commissions subject to review.
This is in line with the Awin Code of Conduct.
