Do not abbreviate, misspell, or create variations of the brand name.
Only official logos, images, and banners provided by Jackalo may be used.
Creative assets may not be altered, distorted, or modified.
Messaging must reflect Jackalo’s positioning: sustainable, durable, circular children’s clothing.
Do not make false claims or misleading comparisons.
Jackalo must not be promoted on sites containing offensive, discriminatory, adult, or inappropriate content.
Do not register domains, subdomains, or social handles containing “Jackalo” or any variations.
Do not use “Jackalo” in ad copy, display URLs, or paid search unless explicitly authorized.
Affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure rules (e.g., clear affiliate link disclosures).
Any co-branded creative or campaign requires prior written approval.
Breach of these guidelines may result in commission reversal or removal from the program.
