Program Terms

These guidelines are derived from RKIN.com’s official Affiliate Program Terms to ensure consistent, ethical, and brand-safe promotion across all affiliate platforms.

1. Brand Usage

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RKIN’s:

  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Product names
  • Creative banners and materials provided by RKIN

     

Conditions:

  • All uses must be in accordance with RKIN’s brand image.
     
  • Must not portray RKIN in a misleading, obscene, or negative light.
     
  • Logos or images should not be altered or distorted.
     
  • Affiliates must not claim to represent RKIN officially.

2. Website Representation Rules

Affiliates may not:

  • Design a site or ad to look like RKIN.com.
     
  • Use RKIN trademarks (or misspellings) in your domain name or branding.
     
  • Create confusion suggesting you are RKIN.com.
     

Affiliates must:

  • Clearly represent themselves as independent from RKIN.com.
     
  • Keep their promotional content updated and relevant.

3. Approved Marketing Channels

You may promote RKIN via:

  • Your personal or business website
  • Email marketing (to your own list)

     
  • Content/blog posts
     
  • Paid traffic (with restrictions below)
     
  • YouTube, social media, influencer posts (as long as content is accurate)

4. Prohibited Practices

Strictly prohibited:

  • Trademark PPC bidding on RKIN terms including:

    • RKIN, RKIN.com, Zero Installation Purifier, U1, AlcaPure, OnliPure, OnliSoft, ZEE Pro, CBS

       
    • Misspellings (e.g., RCKIN, AlkaPure)

       
  • Spam / UCE: No unsolicited emails, bots, or misleading links.

     
  • Malware or adware tactics: No pop-ups, hidden iframes, cookie stuffing, toolbar-based redirection, or Parasiteware™.

     
  • Discount Code Abuse: Do not share exclusive affiliate codes on public coupon sites or forums.

5. Paid Advertising Guidelines

Allowed:

  • PPC campaigns using generic keywords (e.g., “best countertop filter”)

     

Not Allowed:

  • Bidding on any RKIN brand or product keywords (see section 4 above)

     
  • Misleading or deceptive ads

     
  • Display URLs pretending to be RKIN.com

6. Discount Code Usage

  • Discount codes are assigned for use on your approved channels only.

     
  • Unauthorized sharing or public posting may lead to:

    • Commission withholding

       
    • Program termination

7. Content Compliance

  • All content must respect copyright laws.

     
  • Do not use third-party content or imagery without permission.

     
  • Make honest, non-deceptive claims about RKIN products.

     
  • You are encouraged to disclose affiliate relationships per FTC guidelines.

8. Violations & Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Formal warning

     
  • Withheld commissions

     
  • Immediate removal from the RKIN Affiliate Program
