Program Terms

Radisson Hotels Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions 

The agreement below governs the relationship between “You” (the affiliate) and “We” or “Us” (the Radisson Hotels campaign). 

By agreeing to the below, you agree that you will comply to all conditions outlined and understand that any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in your removal from the campaign and commissions being declined. 

 

Affiliate Approvals 

Affiliates applying to the Radisson Hotels program will be reviewed by Accenture Interactive Affiliate Channel Account Managers who will make a decision on if the site is appropriate to the Radisson Hotels brand. You can reach the team anytime at: RadissonAffiliation@accenture.com 

 

Claims / Transaction Queries Submission 

When submitting a claim, make sure you respect the guidelines below; otherwise, you risk having your queries declined.  

  • Respect the field requirements.  
  • Submit claims that refer to sales that have already been consumed. Since we only approve consumed reservations, we’ll have to decline claims for future stays.  
  • Submit one claim that includes only one Order ID at a time. Claims that contain two Order IDs or more, will be declined.  
  • RHG order IDs consist of 8-digit alphanumeric codes. For example: 1VQ2CMJD / 0RZY2JWY.  
  • The Order ID used by Radisson is different from the Transaction ID generated by the platform AWIN, which is a sequence of numbers. E.g.: 1456990940 / 1620682405.  
  • An Order ID incorrectly entered will be rejected as it will not be found within our system. 

 

Sales Validation 

Sales are validated based on the stay date on the Radisson Hotels affiliate program, with commissions being paid on valid stays only. Commissions will be declined if an order has been cancelled or if there is a no-show at the hotel, meaning the guest did not check in and the reservation was not utilized. 

 

RHG Invoicing Golden Rules 

Below you will find a summary of our "Invoicing Golden Rules”. Please read them carefully and for detailed information see the related document attached. 

 

I) How to Send Your Invoices 

1. PDF Format: 

  • Send all PDF invoices to specific email addresses based on the RHG entity. 
  • Ensure the email size is between 0Mb and 10Mb, with only one PDF attachment per email. 
  • Do not use special characters in the invoice filename. 
  • Avoid password protection and encryption on documents. 

 

For other formats (such as paper format, invoicing web portal, and electronic invoices solution), please read the attached document: "RHG Invoicing Golden Rules." 

 

II) Information to Include in Your Invoices 

1. Company Details:  

  • Include company name, VAT registration, complete address, and payment details. 

 

2. RHG Information: 

  • Include entity name, hotel name, addresses, and VAT number. 

 

3. Document Information: 

  • Include invoice number, date, total amount, VAT details, and a detailed description of goods or services. 
  • For service invoices, include the service period. 
  • Mention the RHG contact name. 

No PO-No Pay Guidance: (If you are a PO based supplier) 

  • Each invoice must have a single PO number, prominently displayed. 
  • Request a PO number from your RHG counterpart if not received. 
  • Do not deliver goods or perform services without a PO number. 
  • Networks or affiliates must use the correct PO number on invoices and send them directly to RHG finance with RHG/ACN in CC. 
  • For outstanding invoice requests, contact Radisson Helpdesk.

4. Billing Recommendations: 

  • Avoid logos, digital signatures, handwritten texts, and color components in documents. 
  • Use standard A4 size and regular system fonts. 

 

III) Handling of Non-Invoicing Documents 

  • Send non-invoicing documents such as statements of accounts and payment reminders to the AP Helpdesk at csd@radissonhotels.com

 

PPC Policy 

Unless specifically agreed in writing with The Radisson Hotels Group or Accenture Interactive Affiliation Channel, affiliates must not: 

i) purchase, license or operate any domain name which is confusingly similar to “radissonhotels.com/en-us” or “radissonhotels.com” 

ii) bid on the “radissonhotels.com/en-us” or “radissonhotels.com” keyword, or any of its misspellings or Radisson Hotels or Radisson Hotels brands on any of the search engines that currently operate web services; a non-exhaustive list of possible derivatives of the brand term are:

  • Park inn 
  • radissonHotels.com 
  • radissonHotels.com 
  • Radisson Hotels.com 
  • Www. radissonHotels.com 
  • radissonHotelscom 
  • wwwradissonHotelscom 
  • wwwradissonHotels

iii) use the keyword “radissonhotels.com/en-us” to perform paid search activity across any search engines that operates web services and to that effect. 

Affiliates must add the “radissonhotels.com/en-us” keyword and its derivatives as above as negative matches to their PPC campaigns. 

iv) use the term “radissonhotels.com/en-us” or its derivatives in the affiliate's ad text for driving traffic from either Radisson Hotels’s competitors' brand terms to Radisson Hotels site or the affiliate's sites. 

v) drive paid or unpaid traffic from search engines directly to Radisson Hotels’s pages or the “radissonhotels.com/en-us” site overall. The affiliate has to use their own sites for traffic from search engines. 

For the avoidance of doubt, the above restrictions or the specific terms of agreement regarding authorised PPC activity shall supersede any conflicting provision that may be found in any section of this Agreement. 

 

Purchase of Domains  

Affiliates are not permitted to register domain names that include variations of Radisson Hotels own URL unless agreed directly with Radisson Hotels or Accenture Interactive Affiliation Channel. 

 

Email policy 

Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email ("spam") under this affiliate program. If you wish to send out an email on behalf of Radisson Hotels to your database you must seek prior approval from Accenture Interactive Affiliation Channel/Radisson Hotels. 

In addition, all creative must be signed off by Accenture Interactive Affiliation Channel/Radisson Hotels prior to final send.

Copy & Creative 

Affiliates should only use creative supplied directly from the AWIN interface. 

Affiliates must only use the copy provided to them by Radisson Hotels through the AWIN system or by Accenture Interactive Affiliation Channel. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their site, so updates made to those available through AWIN may take immediate effect. 

 

Discount Code Policy 

Affiliates are only permitted to use any discount code or voucher code provided directly by AWIN / Accenture Interactive Affiliate Channel / Radisson Hotels for their use in the affiliate channel. 

Affiliates are not permitted to promote any discount code or voucher codes that are being utilized exclusively by other marketing channels. The use of 'illegal' discount codes may result in sales being declined and ultimately suspension from the affiliate program. 

Affiliates are also expected to adhere to the IAB Voucher code, code of conduct. More information on the voucher code guidelines can be found here (http://www.iabuk.net/resources/standards-and-guidelines/affiliate-marketing-council-code-of-conduct-vouchers). Affiliates found to be in breach of the code of conduct will be removed from the Radisson Hotels campaign and sales may be declined. 

 

Display Activity 

Any affiliates that promote Radisson Hotels via display are responsible for their activity, regardless of whether they own the websites on which they are promoting Radisson Hotels. Radisson Hotels reserves the rights to withhold commissions if the affiliate breaches Radisson Hotels terms and conditions. 

 

Social Media & Mobile 

Affiliates are not permitted to pose as Radisson Hotels on any social media or mobile platforms. 

 

Breach of Network Terms & Conditions 

Any action taken by the affiliate network (AWIN) to remove an affiliate site from the network may result in an affiliate being removed from the Radisson Hotels affiliate campaign. 

 

Toolbars and Browser Plugins 

Affiliates are not permitted to promote Radisson Hotels through any toolbar or plugin unless they have direct authorisation from the Radisson Hotels marketing team, in addition to being accepted onto Radisson Hotels affiliate program. The unauthorised use of this type of software/script may result in sales being declined and ultimately programme suspension.
