2. No spam. You agree to promote Earth Mama content and/or products with honesty and authenticity, aligned with Earth Mama’s Brand Guidelines. You will never send emails to anyone who hasn’t expressly opted in.
3. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, local and federal.
4. Coupon code sites will not be approved.
5. Discount code integrity. Affiliates may not promote discount codes not supplied to them by Earth Mama. Any code offered as an added perk may not be promoted on coupon code sites. Affiliates are responsible for removing codes from unauthorized sites and/or contacting Earth Mama for an updated code. Unauthorized code sales will be declined.
6. We currently only ship within the U.S. We can sometimes accept international affiliates if your audience is primarily located in the U.S.
7. Your account can be revoked at any time for breaches of this agreement.
8. Accounts in good standing will have opportunities to earn higher commission and access to other perks.
