Hyperwear welcomes affiliate partners who promote our products in a brand-safe, transparent, and customer-first manner. Partners must comply with all AWIN terms, applicable laws and advertising regulations, and the specific Hyperwear program terms listed here.
Hyperwear reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any publisher at its discretion. Commission may be reversed for returned orders, cancelled orders, fraudulent transactions, duplicate transactions, unauthorized coupon use, policy violations, or activity deemed non-compliant with program terms.
This program is intended to reward partners who introduce, educate, and convert customers in a compliant way. Hyperwear does not permit cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading links, domain spoofing, unauthorized paid search, unauthorized shopping ads, adware, toolbar traffic, browser extensions, or any other traffic source that artificially captures commissions.
Program closure notice period: 7 days
Standard commission is paid on eligible net merchandise sales, excluding taxes, shipping, handling, gift cards, cancelled orders, returned items, fraudulent orders, and other non-commissionable amounts.
Hyperwear may offer enhanced rates to selected content, review, editorial, and strategic partners. Coupon, deal, loyalty, paid media, shopping, subnetwork, and technology partners may be placed into separate commission groups at Hyperwear’s discretion.
Enhanced commissions are not guaranteed and may be changed with appropriate notice in accordance with AWIN program rules.
