Affiliate Program Agreement – Helpen Pets
This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Effective Date], by and between [Your Company Name] ("Helpen Pets") and [Affiliate's Name] ("Affiliate").
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
1.1. Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to participate in the Helpen Pets Affiliate Program (the "Program").
1.2. By joining the Program, Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Program Benefits
2.1. Commission: Helpen Pets will provide affiliates with a commission of 15% on every qualifying sale generated through Affiliate's unique affiliate links or coupon codes.
2.2. Coupon Code: affiliate will receive a $100 coupon code to order a product from the Helpen Pets website.
2.3. Exposure on Company-Owned Channels: Helpen Pets will offer Affiliate exposure on its company-owned channels, such as social media, blog posts, newsletters, or other marketing materials.
2.4. Marketing Materials: Helpen Pets will provide the Affiliate with access to marketing materials, including banners, images, and product information, to assist in promoting Helpen Pets products.
2.5. Help and Support: The affiliate will have access to Helpen Pets' partnership team for assistance and support related to the Program.
3. Mandatory Social Media Sharing
3.1. Affiliate agrees to actively participate in the Program by regularly sharing Helpen Pets' content on their social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to promote Helpen Pets products.
3.2. Sharing Frequency: Affiliate is required to share a minimum of [number of posts] posts per [week/month] on their social media channels as per Helpen Pets' guidelines.
3.3. Content Compliance: Affiliate shall ensure that all shared content complies with the guidelines provided by Helpen Pets. Content should be accurate, appropriate, and shall not misrepresent the products or brand in any way.
4. Cookie Duration
4.1. Helpen Pets will utilize a 90-day cookie duration to track Affiliate-generated traffic and sales. This means that if a visitor clicks on Affiliate's unique affiliate link or uses Affiliate's coupon code and completes a purchase within 90 days, the sale will be attributed to Affiliate, and they will receive the applicable commission.
5. Termination
5.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice to the other party.
5.2. In the event of a breach of this Agreement by Affiliate, Helpen Pets reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. During the term of this Agreement and thereafter, Affiliate shall not disclose any confidential information obtained from Helpen Pets to any third party.
7. Compliance with Laws
7.1. Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Program.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Helpen Pets shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the USA.
