One.com Affiliate Terms and Conditions
Approval guidelines:
Affiliate approval: One.com has to approve every affiliate, unless agreed that the network approves according to One.com’ guidelines.
Cookie time: 30 days is standard cookie time for One.com
Approval time: Orders are auto-approved after 2 months meaning One.com has up to 2 months to validate each order. One.com check orders every 2-3 days, but fake/cancelled orders can take a long time to get finalized.
Banners: One.com re-directs has to be used – flash with gif-backup (see example here on primary flash: http://banners.one.com/bannere/benl/600x400-benl.swf). This ensures that One.com is in charge and responsible for updating the banner which is done monthly keeping maintenance for the network and affiliates at a minimum.
Affiliate communication: The affiliate network is the sole contact for the affiliate if questions regarding payout/campaign.

1. Publisher Website Content
One.com does not accept affiliate’s websites that violate prevailing laws and/or contain erotic, pornographic or extremist content, or contain content that violates what is generally considered to be good taste.
Sites with prompted or mandatory clicks, appeals for donations, paid-for actions and similar are not permitted.
Cash back-sites, point-sites can be accepted in certain markets and only if the reward to the customer has a smaller value than the actual payment to One.com (arbitrage strictly forbidden). In markets where One.com is offering first year free, cash back-sites and point-sites is strictly not permitted.
In-text advertising where specific keywords within the text of a web-page are matched with advertising and/or related information units is prohibited.

2. Definition of a “Valid Click” and a “Valid Sale”
One.com defines a Valid Click as a user generated activity, whereby the user actively clicks on an ad because he/she wishes to be redirected to our landing page (using the specific campaign url provided by One.com) . Ads that automatically redirect a user to our site, open our site, drops cookies etc. are not accepted by One.com.
The following is required for a sale to be regarded as being valid:
The user was directed to our site via a Valid Click
The order process needs to be completed in full, including payment (if applicable) and activation.
The buyer and affiliate cannot be the same legal party (either person or firm).
Please note that sales can only be recorded correctly if cookies are enabled on the buyer´s computer. Also please note that the agreement for a purchase is formed exclusively between the buyer and ONE.COM. Please note that commission can only be paid once the new customer you have referred has paid for the services or package ordered.
A valid sale is defined as a transaction from last click referral of the Affiliate partner based on One.com transaction identification numbers.
3. Accepted advertising material
Affiliates place ad material or referral texts from One.com on their websites.
Affiliates are not entitled to use their own ad material, except for supplementary referrals or referrals they have written themselves.
Affiliates are not entitled to place such ad in search engines, which may be mistaken for ONE.COM owing to their type or which do not link to the registered or displayed affiliate page when clicked, but jump to the ONE.COM website by way of a direct redirect. Violation of these terms can lead to an immediate expulsion from ONE.COM’s Partner program.
Terms such as One.com, www.one.com or misspellings of same cannot be used as keywords/AdWords and adtexts in Search engines or in sponsored listings. One.com is a registered Trademark of One.com and violation can lead to an immediate expulsion from ONE.COM’s Partner program as well as legal action.
3. Commission payment
Commission will be paid following successful direct-debit payment (if applicable) and activation of the subscription made by the newly won customer. In cases where several ads were clicked leading to one order, affiliates receive commission for the final click that led to the sale. Only those customers who have not bought from ONE.COM in last 3 months shall be considered as new customers.
4. Change in Basic Conditions
ONE.COM reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program without notice, especially if statutory regulations or court orders require this at any time. At the time of modification or discontinuation, any commission payable will be calculated using previously applicable conditions insofar as legally viable. Modification or discontinuation of the Affiliate Program does not affect the contractual relationship between ONE.COM and the new customer. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not establish any relationship vis-à-vis employment, commercial representation or appointment irrespective of the volumes achieved. The affiliate is not entitled to make statements and commitments in the name of ONE.COM or to identify himself as an employee, representative or authorized agent of ONE.COM. ONE.COM reserves the right to exclude individuals from joining the Affiliate Program following e-mail notification.
Should the Affiliate Network you are cooperating with choose to display One.com’ terms and conditions differently (ticked boxes, summary etc), in case of discrepancies, the rules within this document will always overrule. It’s the Affiliate Network sole responsibility to represent and communicate One.com’ Affiliate program terms and conditions towards the affiliates rightfully.
By joining the ONE.COM Affiliate Program, the Affiliate declares that he has understood these terms and conditions and has accepted The Affiliate Networks Eligibility Criteria
Email voorwaarden:
Het versturen van commerciele uitingen vanuit zanox is alleen toegestaan als de publisher aantoonbaar compliant is conform artikel 11.7 van de Telecommunicatiewet, de richtlijnen van de ACM en de gedragsregels van zanox. De Zanox Code of Conduct dient ondertekend in het bezit te zijn van zanox Benelux zodat deze ter alle tijden overdrachtelijk zijn op verzoek van de ACM.
Previews moeten ter goedkeuring worden voorgelegd via de E-mail Approval Tool
Bij het indienen van een preview geeft de publisher aan dat men akkoord gaat met artikel 11.7 van de Telecommunicatie wet en dat er voorafgaande toestemming van alle e-mail ontvangers is verkregen.
De uiting mag pas worden verzonden als de adverteerder de preview en verzending heeft goedgekeurd.
De publisher is zelf verantwoordelijk voor eventuele consequenties die worden opgelegd als men zich schuldig heeft gemaakt aan het versturen van spam, of het versturen van een commerciele uiting zonder toestemming van de adverteerder.
Email disclaimer:
Sending commercial expressions through zanox is only allowed if the publisher is demonstrably compliant in accordance with Article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act, the guidelines of the ACM and the zanox code of conduct for e-mail publishers. The zanox Code of Conduct must be signed and possession of zanox Benelux so this is transmissible on request by the ACM.
Previews are to be submitted for approval through the Email Approval Tool
When submitting a preview, the publisher indicates they agree to Article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act and that the prior consent of all email recipients is obtained.
The expression may only be sent if the advertiser has approved the preview.
The publisher is responsible for any consequences imposed if they have been guilty of sending spam, or sending a commercial expression without permission of the advertiser.
