JOY Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
By joining the JOY Affiliate Program via AWIN, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Program Eligibility
1.1. Open to publishers, bloggers, influencers, and CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) registered on AWIN.
1.2. JOY reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Commission & Payments
2.1. Affiliates earn a 7% commission on valid net sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
2.2. Commissions are calculated excluding shipping, tax, cancellations, and returns.
2.3. Payments are processed through AWIN according to their standard payout schedule.
2.4. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of commissions.
3. Cookie Duration & Tracking
3.1. A 30-day cookie window applies. You will receive commissions for purchases made within 30 days of the user clicking your affiliate link.
3.2. Last-click attribution is used unless otherwise specified.
4. Promotional Guidelines
4.1. Affiliates must only use approved creatives and marketing materials from JOY or AWIN.
4.2. Misleading, false, or deceptive advertising is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Direct linking in PPC ads is not allowed.
4.4. Affiliates may promote via blogs, websites, social media, and email—if compliant with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
5. Bidding Restrictions (Applies to All Affiliates & CSS Partners)
5.1. No Brand Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on JOY brand terms, variations, misspellings, or trademarked terms on any paid media or search platforms.
5.2. CSS Policy:
• CSS partners may not bid on brand terms across all search engines and paid channels.
• You may only target generic keywords relevant to JOY products—not brand or confusingly similar terms.
5.3. Violating this policy will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
6. Brand Protection & Compliance
6.1. Affiliates may not misrepresent JOY or its products.
6.2. Promotion on websites containing illegal, adult, hateful, or misleading content is prohibited.
6.3. Use of JOY’s logos, trademarks, or images must follow brand guidelines and be pre-approved.
7. Termination
7.1. JOY reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.
7.2. Accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent activity (e.g., cookie stuffing, fake orders, brand bidding) will be terminated without payment.
7.3. Affiliates may also terminate their participation via AWIN at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
JOY may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via AWIN.
