The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. As an affiliate, you have already accepted binding terms with the Awin network. The following terms are specific to your engagement as an affiliate with our brand, Nanit. Breach of these terms may lead to termination from our program with negative feedback left on your network profile and may result in transaction voids.
COMMISSIONSUnless you have been offered an alternate arrangement, commissions will range from 2–8% based on publisher grouping and are determined on a last-click attribution basis. The default tracking window will be 7 days.
Commission is awarded on a last-click basis; however, Nanit reserves the right to disqualify clicks deemed non-incremental, including but not limited to forced clicks, cookie stuffing, toolbar injections, or click interception.
Commissions are only paid on completed, non-returned, and non-cancelled orders. Returned, refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders will result in commission reversals.
Nanit reserves the right to reverse commissions, void transactions, and withhold payment for any activity deemed fraudulent, non-compliant, or in violation of these terms, including but not limited to unauthorized coupon use, trademark bidding, or misrepresentation.
TRADEMARK & PAID MEDIAYou do NOT have permission to use Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising in conjunction with promoting Nanit. No direct linking to the site with affiliate links, no trademark terms, and no trademark + coupon terms. Non-trademark and long-tail terms must be approved by the affiliate manager in advance. We will monitor this account daily for violations.
Trademarks include Nanit and/or any misspellings or similar trademark alterations of these keywords.
Affiliate agrees not to register or use any URLs and/or domain names which are considered by Nanit to be infringing on the Nanit name or trademark, including but not limited to any registered trademark and all pending trademarks.
Affiliates are not permitted to run paid social, display, native, or retargeting campaigns driving to the Nanit website without prior written approval from the affiliate manager.
Any affiliates buying media/ads must work with the affiliate manager to ensure quality traffic. Failure to communicate with the affiliate manager may result in removal from the program.
Affiliate agrees not to use, purchase, or otherwise contract with a third party to exploit any of the Nanit marks or registered domain names, or any marks or domain names which may, in Nanit’s reasonable discretion, be confused with Nanit marks or registered domain names, including but not limited to misspellings of Nanit marks or registered domain names, whether in metatags or otherwise.
It is acceptable to use the Nanit brand term in the display URL subdomain or path. For example: yourwebsite.com/nanit is permitted; however, the landing page must contain only Nanit offers and no offers for competitors, and the domain name must not be registered under an identity-shield. nanit.yourwebsite.com is not permitted.
TRAFFIC, LANDING PAGES & PROGRAM SCOPEAll traffic must be directed to approved landing pages. Affiliates may not:
- Use misleading redirects
- Cloak URLs in a deceptive or non-transparent manner
- Drive traffic through unauthorized or low-quality intermediate pages
Nanit reserves the right to review traffic quality and may void commissions associated with:
- Bot, incentivized, or non-human traffic
- Misleading placements or deceptive user journeys
- Low-quality or unverifiable traffic sources
This affiliate program applies to traffic and orders within the United States only. Nanit reserves the right to reject transactions originating outside of supported geographies.
PROMOTIONS & COUPONSWhen promoting Nanit, ensure you are authorized to promote any deals or coupons. Affiliates are not permitted to use misleading text, images, or links that imply any deal that is not expressly authorized through the affiliate channel.
Use of exclusive coupon codes by unauthorized affiliates will result in voided transactions. User-submitted coupon codes from other marketing channels such as email, podcast, ambassadors, influencers, and others are strictly prohibited from use by affiliates.
Coupons and deals must be removed immediately after they expire.
Affiliates may not make unsubstantiated claims, misleading statements, or claims that conflict with Nanit’s official messaging. All product claims must be accurate and verifiable.
Spyware, adware, parasiteware, browser helper objects, cookie stuffing, and toolbars are not permitted. We will not accept partial compliance—full compliance is required.
SUB-AFFILIATE NETWORKS & TRANSPARENCYUse of sub-affiliate networks must be disclosed and approved in advance. Affiliates are responsible for the compliance of all sub-affiliates and must provide transparency into traffic sources upon request.
Sub-affiliate transactions without referring URLs or with unclear sourcing are subject to voided commissions. Nanit must be able to verify who is promoting its products at all times.
FTC RULESAll affiliates must abide by FTC rules regarding endorsements and disclosure when promoting Nanit products. Please refer to the guidelines here: https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/ftcs-endorsement-guides-what-people-are-asking
