Sirhona Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Please read our affiliate terms carefully before joining our program or beginning marketing for our program. These Terms are written in plain language, intentionally avoiding legal language, to ensure that they can be clearly understood and followed by Partners. Compliance with the conditions ensures that our Sirhona affiliate program is sustainable and profitable for both Sirhona and our partners.
DEFINITIONS
As used in the following terms: (i) "we", "us" or "our" refers to Sirhona; (ii) "you" or "your" refers to the Affiliate; (iii) "our website" refers to the Sirhona website at www. sunny.com; (iv) "your website" means any website which you link to our website; (v) "Program" refers to the Sirhona Affiliate Program.
FEES
We use pre-allocation rules in the Sirhona affiliate program. The amount of commission depends on the type of website referred and on new and existing customers. If you have any questions about commission rates, please contact our team.
COUPON POLICIES
If you are enrolled in our program and your website is promoting coupon codes, you must comply with our coupon policies as follows:
1. You may ONLY promote coupon codes made available to you through the affiliate program or network.
2. You may NOT promote coupon codes received through our non-commercial advertising, customer emails, paid search or other campaigns.
3. Violation of these terms may result in removal from the SirhonaAffiliate Program, cancellation of sales, or reduction in commissions.ms and conditions content
PPC POLICIES
If you are enrolled in our program and participate in PPC advertising, you must comply with our PPC policies as follows:
1. You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms, including variations or misspellings, for search or content-based campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo or any other network. These brand terms include Sirhona, Sirhona.com, Sirhona.fr, www.Sirhona.com, http://www.Sirhona.com and similar terms without express written permission.
2. You may not use our Brand Terms in conjunction with any other keyword (e.g. "Sirhona Coupons") without express written permission.
3. You must not link directly to our site from a pay per click advertisement or use redirects that achieve the same result. Affiliates must be redirected to an actual page on your site.
4. You may not use our URL (www.Sirhona.com) as a display URL, use as a subfolder or subdomain (e.g. http://www.yoursite.com/Sirhona or http://Sirhona.yoursite .com) is allowed.
When automating your PPC campaigns, it is your responsibility to exclude our branded terms from your program and we strongly encourage you to add our branded terms as negative keywords. If you violate these PPC guidelines, your current and past commissions will be reduced to 0% without warning.

Violation of these terms may result in removal from the Sirhona Affiliate Program, cancellation of sales, or reduction in commissions.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Affiliates are not permitted to use TM, TM+Terms or any variation or misspelling to create pages or accounts on Facebook/Youtube/Twitter/Reddit/Instagram etc. including but not limited to Sirhona, Sirhona.com , www Sirhona.com, Sirhona.fr
DOMAIN NAMES
Using any of our trademarked terms or misspellings as part of the domain for your website is strictly prohibited. (e.g. www.sirhona-coupons.com).
ADVERTISING
You may not create, publish, distribute or print any written material relating to our program without first submitting such material to us and obtaining our prior written consent. If you intend to promote our program via email campaigns, you must comply with the following points:
1. Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law No. 108-187) in relation to our program.
2. The e-mail must be sent on your behalf and must not give the impression that the e-mail is sent on behalf of Sirhona.
3. The emails must be submitted to us for approval before sending.
