Welcome to the Ivy Cove Affiliate Program. By joining this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility This program is open to publishers whose content aligns with the Ivy Cove brand — including lifestyle, fashion, travel, home, gift, and luxury content creators. Ivy Cove reserves the right to approve or decline any publisher application at its sole discretion.
Program Standards Publishers must maintain a professional, high-quality website or social presence consistent with the Ivy Cove brand values. Content must be accurate, not misleading, and compliant with all applicable advertising disclosure laws (including FTC guidelines requiring clear disclosure of affiliate relationships).
Prohibited Conduct Publishers may not:
- Misrepresent Ivy Cove products, pricing, or promotions
- Make false or unsubstantiated claims about our products
- Use spam, unsolicited email, or deceptive practices to drive traffic
- Offer unauthorized discounts, coupons, or promotions not approved by Ivy Cove
- Engage in cookie stuffing or any form of fraudulent traffic generation
Program Changes Ivy Cove reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or close the program at any time with reasonable notice to publishers.
Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
