Welcome to the Burrbaby Affiliate Program! We appreciate your interest and look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership. By signing up for our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms:
Affiliation: Affiliates are independent contractors of Burrbaby and will not be considered employees. Affiliates must adhere to all federal, state, and local laws, as well as tax regulations.
Brand Bidding: Affiliates are not allowed to engage in brand bidding. This includes our trademarks, company name, domain names and any misspellings thereof. We will engage one or two trusted partners for PPC bidding. Affiliates found engaging in these activities will face immediate termination from the program.
Marketing Practices: Affiliates agree to market Burrbaby products in a manner that maintains the integrity of the Burrbaby brand. Affiliates will not use any false or misleading statements in their promotions.
Commission Payments: Affiliates will receive a commission for each sale referred to Burrbaby through their unique affiliate link. Commission rates will be determined and communicated to the affiliate upon approval into the program. Commissions are paid out monthly.
Termination: Burrbaby reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program for any reason, including breach of this agreement or activity that is deemed unethical or harmful to Burrbaby.
Intellectual Property: Burrbaby retains all rights to its intellectual property. Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, limited, revocable right to use Burrbaby provided trademarks and banners. All representations of Burrbaby's brand must be consistent with Burrbaby's branding guidelines.
By participating in the Burrbaby Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
