CUSA TEA & COFFEE AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By applying to and joining the Cusa Tea & Coffee affiliate program or accessing an affiliate link from a third-party or partner site within the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Use of Trademarks
Affiliates may not use the Cusa Tea, Cusa Coffee, Drink Cusa, or DrinkCusa.com trademarks, URLs, brand variations, misspellings, or extensions with the intent of optimizing for or capitalizing on brand searches. The following rules apply:
PPC and Media Buys
You may NOT bid on or use “Cusa Tea,” “Cusa Coffee,” “Drink Cusa,” or any brand-related variations as keywords on any paid search, PPC, content network, or media buy. Be sure to add “Cusa” and “Drink Cusa” to your negative keyword list.
If we find ads using these terms, we may request screenshots, which you must provide within 2 business days. While under review, commissions may be placed on hold or reversed. If it is confirmed that traffic was not driven using prohibited terms, commissions may be reinstated. This will be at the sole discretion of the affiliate manager.
Social Media
You may not use our brand names, variations, or hashtags to impersonate, misrepresent, or falsely associate yourself with Drink Cusa on any social platform. Do not create accounts, use our brand in usernames or bios, or post content implying a direct relationship with Drink Cusa unless explicit written permission has been granted by the affiliate manager.
Do not tag or mention @drinkcusa or link to our official profiles without prior approval.
Coupon & Loyalty Sites
If you operate a coupon, deals, or cashback site, you must strictly follow the guidelines below. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the program and reversal of all commissions (past and pending).
Prohibited actions include:
Posting expired codes
Using codes not listed in the affiliate platform
Promoting fake or misleading discounts
Posting on properties you do not own or manage
Using exclusive codes designated for other partners
Only use current, approved codes from the affiliate platform. Misuse of promo codes may result in commission reversal.
Toolbars, Downloadable Software, and Adware
Adware is not permitted in the Cusa affiliate program without express permission. This includes but is not limited to:
Popups or pop-unders
Coupon injectors
Loyalty software
Browser extensions
Contextual advertising tools
Interruptive overlays
If your traffic uses any form of downloadable software, you must get written approval before participating in the program.
Disclaimers for Controlled Products
Although Cusa does not sell restricted substances like alcohol or tobacco, you are still responsible for adhering to regional and global advertising laws and disclosing affiliate links in a compliant manner. This includes compliance with FTC, EU, and other jurisdictional guidelines.
Terms and Modifications
These terms override all prior agreements, discussions, or understandings. Cusa Tea & Coffee reserves the right to update these terms at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates regularly.
