All partners are encouraged and expected to read and adhere to the terms and conditions below.

Contact:
All partners must be contactable within 48 hours and provide an email address to contact them. All partners agree to consult with Alliance Online on a regular basis should they feel there is ways in which Alliance Online can further benefit from their affiliate network.
Promotions:
It is agreed that before publishing, marketing activity will be sent to the relevant Alliance Online via the aforementioned email address for sign off.
Brand:
Partners agree to present Alliance Online in the same manner that Alliance Online present themselves. Partners will take reasonable care to use up to date images, ad-copy and offers in their marketing. Additionally, they will also use correct and unedited logo and brand colours as associated with Alliance Online.
Paid Search Policy:
No partner should run a paid search campaign using Alliance Online terms without written consent.
Comparison Shopping Services:
No partner should run a CSS campaign using Alliance Online terms and products without written consent.
Display:
No partner should run a display campaign using the brand(s) terms and products without written consent.
Social Media:
No partner should run a social media campaign using Alliance Online terms and products without written consent.
Voucher Codes, Sales and Offers:
Partners should only promote voucher codes, sales and offers communicated directly from an Alliance Online marketing staff member.
Cashback:
Partners agree to a tiered approach where Alliance Online may offer as little as 0.1% cashback to encourage consumers to spend more money to achieve higher rates.
Lead Generation:
Where Lead Generation is applicable, partners agree that leads will be qualified and declined a payment where they are: spam, not contactable after five tries, duplicates, tests and fraudulent. Furthermore, orders which are cancelled within 14 working days will also be subject to a declined payment from Alliance Online to the partner.
Compliance:
Where Alliance Online are in a regulated industry, partners agree to adhere to the relevant regulations. And to take reasonable care in ensuring their marketing is compliant. As previously mentioned, the partner will also brand and market the company in compliance with current brand guidelines.
Refusal:
Where Alliance Online deem a breach of the terms is severe enough, and in consultation with an independent third party where available such as an Affiliate Network representative, partner commissions can be refused (declined) for transactions relevant to the breach.
Validation and Payment of Commission:
Commissions are payable on genuine transactions and leads. Alliance Online will validate transactions and leads to gauge if they are real within a 60 day period to ensure our 30 day returns period has passed.
