These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Bask and Lather Affiliate Program (the “Program”) hosted on Awin. These Terms are in addition to any applicable Awin network policies and guidelines. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating.
1. Search & PPC Guidelines
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on “Baskandlatherco” or any variations, misspellings, or combinations of the brand name across all search engines (including Google, Yahoo, Bing, and others). Affiliates may not use trademarked terms in ad copy, titles, display URLs, or as keywords. Trademarked terms must be added as negative keywords in automated campaigns. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of commissions (minimum of the past 30 days) and possible removal from the program.
2. Trademark & Domain Restrictions
Affiliates may not register, purchase, or use domains or subdomains that mimic or resemble Bask and Lather. Affiliates may not create websites or landing pages that could be perceived as the official Bask and Lather website.
3. Social Media Guidelines
Affiliates may not impersonate Bask and Lather on any social platform. Affiliates must clearly identify themselves as independent partners in all promotions.
4. Traffic & Advertising Restrictions
Pop-ups, pop-unders, cookie stuffing, or any intrusive advertising methods are strictly prohibited. Incentivized traffic is only permitted for approved cashback or loyalty partners. Email marketing requires prior approval from the Bask and Lather affiliate team.
5. Compliance & Enforcement
Affiliates who violate these terms may be removed from the program and have commissions reversed.
6. Changes to the Program
Bask and Lather reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
7. Privacy
Bask and Lather respects user privacy and will not share personal information without consent.
