Affiliate Program Terms:
The "A1Supplements.com" or "Company" or "we") affiliate program (the "Affiliate Program") is designed to help you generate income in exchange for referring new customers to A1Supplements.com. These Affiliate Program Terms (the "Affiliate Agreement") are a contract between A1Supplements.com and you (the "Affiliate" or "you"), and it governs the terms and conditions of your participation in the Affiliate Program.
BY REGISTERING AS AN AFFILIATE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM.
Commissions: Effective immediately: We are updating the commission structure per type of affiliate marketing or referral site(s) operated by an affiliate. We will accept "affiliate couponers" - coupon/deal/promo/cash-back and "retailmenot-style" sites and the like; however, the commissions on orders generated from these will be 1% with a 30 day cookie. It shall be at our sole discretion as to what constitutes a "couponer" site. Additionally, search marketing sites, sites where we can't determine the referral page, and sites that use redirect scripts will be lumped in with the couponers, and commissions for these affiliates will also be 1% with a 30 day cookie.
Payments: As an A1Supplements.com affiliate, you may accrue a referral fee for each purchase on A1Supplements.com that meets the definition of a "Qualified Purchase" and the requirements set forth herein. A "Qualified Purchase" is the purchase of products on A1Supplements.com by a new and unique customer who: (i) clicks on an affiliate tracking link, (ii) completes a purchase on A1Supplements.com which is approved and shipped. The sale does not have to be immediate, but within the time period of the affiliate tracking cookie, currently set to expire at 30 days. Affiliate accounts must be active at the time of the referral. No referral fee will accrue for sales that occurred before your participation in the Affiliate Program.Missing or untracked affiliate referrals will not be paid under any circumstance.
The affiliate referral fees are determined within 30 days after the the Qualified Purchase is recorded. Payments are then processed and sent to Affiliates on or before the 10th of the following month.
Because of the high frequency of credit card fraud, we reserve the right to cancel referral fees in the event that we are unable to collect funds, the order is fraudulent, the customer cancels, or if we learn that the referral fee was earned improperly for any other reason. Duplicate Affiliate Transactions:
Because we cannot pay duplicate commissions for qualified purchases, we must deal with occasional/potential overlapping of one or more of the programs. In the instance where a commission on an order is laid claim from multiple programs, the order of precedence shall be: first right of commission: AWIN. In other words, if by some chance of cookie tracking, a customer carries with him or her multiple tracking cookies and places an order, whereby multiple affiliate programs record the sale, the commission will only be paid once on the order. Thus, in resolving the conflict of duplicate commissions, AWIN for assigning the commission.
Affiliate Restrictions and Responsibilities:
Affiliates MAY NOT bid on or use A1Supplements.com’s trademark, trademark +, or misspelled keywords for the purpose of PPC on Internet search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask etc.). Bidding on "A1Supplements Coupon(s)" or any other trademark keyword related phrase is prohibited. Direct linking and forced redirects to A1Supplements.com are prohibited when performing search engine marketing. Affiliates must direct traffic to their own landing page from within paid search.
Affiliates MAY NOT use A1Supplements.com’s trademark, trademark +, or misspelled keywords in their domain names. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their tracking code is working properly before sending traffic to A1Supplements.com’s servers. Any modification to the links is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate. Referral fees may not be paid for tracking errors caused by editing, masking, redirecting or tampering with affiliate links, as determined in A1Supplements.com’s sole discretion. Affiliates MAY NOT use redirected pages and links to send a user to our site. For example, you may not have a PPC link on a search engine that redirects the user to our site.
Affiliates MAY NOT copy A1Supplements.com’s website or any portions thereof, including, without limitation, any of A1Supplements.com’s trademarks or other intellectual property, and display them on their own site or subdomain or use them in any way without A1Supplements.com’s prior express written permission. Affiliates MAY NOT market internal coupon codes without permission from A1Supplements.com.
Affiliates are allowed to promote coupons found on the affiliate program or those promoted directly on a A1Supplements.com product pages. Affiliates MAY NOT market fictitious coupons, codes, or other fictitious deals and discounts. If any affiliate sale is made with a non-affiliate allowed coupon or a fictitious deal, that sale will became invalid for commission. Affiliates MAY NOT promote or post any affiliate links/cookies in the A1Supplements.com Forums.
If any such banned activity takes place, we will unfortunately have to reverse all unlawful commissions made and terminate you from the program. We appreciate you making this a fair marketplace for everyone involved. Deactivation: Affiliate accounts may be deactivated at any time without warning or notice at our sole discretion. Any affiliate who violates A1Supplements.com’s Terms of Service, including without limitation, these Affiliate Program Terms, or any applicable law is subject to having their affiliate account deactivated immediately, and any and all accrued, but not yet received, referral fees will be forfeited. In our sole discretion, any false or misleading advertising or suspected fraudulent activity associated with your affiliate account will result in immediate deactivation. Affiliate accounts generating a large number of fraudulent accounts, as determined in our sole discretion, will be deactivated.
If you would like to discontinue your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, simply remove your affiliate links from your website and no longer promote them.
Changes:
A1Supplements.com may change any of the terms and conditions in this Affiliate Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time at A1Supplements.com’s sole discretion. Unless otherwise provided, such modifications will take effect when posted and apply to all referral fees that have not yet accrued. A1Supplements.com will use reasonable efforts to provide you with seven (7) days advance notice of any changes that materially impact your participation in the Affiliate Program. Unless otherwise provided, your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following our posting of any modification on our website will constitute your acceptance of all changes. If you do not agree to any such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy is to deactivate your account as described above.

Nexus Laws: Due to affiliate nexus tax laws, we can no longer accept affiliates from the following states and existing affiliate accounts from these states must be dissolved immediately: Connecticut, Georgia, Kansas, New YorkIf you have a business registered in one of these states and wish to resume an affiliate relationship with us, we recommend relocating your business (or starting a new one) in a non-nexus state such as Delaware.
As the nexus laws are dynamic and changing, please note this list is subject to change at any time.
