Hunt & Bloom – Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the Terms and Conditions for participation in the Hunt & Bloom Affiliate Program. By applying, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Hunt & Bloom administers its Affiliate Program exclusively through the AWIN affiliate platform. All links, creatives, transactions, and commission payments are managed within this platform. Affiliates must maintain an active AWIN account to participate.
1. Agreement By applying to be a Hunt & Bloom Affiliate (“Affiliate”), you:
Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://huntandbloom.com/privacy).
Acknowledge these Terms and our Privacy Policy form a binding agreement upon acceptance.
Represent and warrant that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement.
Agree to ensure compliance by your employees, agents, and contractors.
2. Definitions
Hunt & Bloom, we, us, our: Hunt & Bloom and affiliated companies.
You, your: The Affiliate.
Our Website: huntandbloom.com and future Hunt & Bloom properties.
Your Website: Any site, page, or channel you control linking to our Website.
Program: The Hunt & Bloom Affiliate Program.
Products: Goods sold or distributed by Hunt & Bloom.
Qualifying Purchases: Purchases made when a customer clicks through your AWIN affiliate link, adds an item to their cart within 30 days, completes payment, and does not cancel, return, or dispute the order.
3. Program Details
Attribution Period (Cookie Length): 30 days
Auto Validation Period: 50 days
Mobile Optimised Tracking: No
App Tracking: No
ShopWindow: 8,547 products (updated regularly)
4. Commission
Standard CPA starts at 5%.
Hunt & Bloom may increase commissions for select partners when collaboration adds value.
Commission payments are managed via AWIN in accordance with platform terms.
5. Promotions & Sales
Affiliates may only promote sales or offers provided via the AWIN platform.
Coupon or discount codes not issued through AWIN are not eligible for commission.
Misrepresentation of promotions may result in forfeited commissions and removal from the Program.
6. Website & Content Standards
Your affiliate properties may not:
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Violate laws or regulations.
Contain defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or discriminatory content.
Promote gambling, illegal drugs, or unsafe activity.
Mislead customers by copying or mirroring Hunt & Bloom’s Website or branding.
7. Linking & Creative Use
Only use links provided through AWIN.
All domains using affiliate links must be listed in your profile.
No framing, masking URLs, cookie stuffing, redirects, or manipulative techniques.
Creatives may not be altered without Hunt & Bloom’s written approval.
8. Paid Search & PPC Restrictions
Affiliates may not bid on Hunt & Bloom trademarks, misspellings, or variations.
Affiliates may not use Hunt & Bloom brand terms in ad headlines, copy, or display URLs.
Direct-linking to huntandbloom.com via paid search is prohibited.
PPC on Hunt & Bloom trademarks requires prior written consent.
9. Social Media
Affiliates may promote Hunt & Bloom offers on their own channels.
Posting affiliate links on Hunt & Bloom’s official social channels is prohibited.
Running ads using Hunt & Bloom trademarks without written approval is prohibited.
10. Intellectual Property
All Hunt & Bloom trademarks, websites, and products remain our exclusive property.
Affiliates may not use Hunt & Bloom marks in domains, logos, or branding. Hunt & Bloom may request changes to how its IP is used, and affiliates must comply.
11. Termination
Hunt & Bloom may terminate this Agreement at any time.
Upon termination, you must: Remove and cease using all Hunt & Bloom links, marks, and materials.
Upon termination, you must: Stop promoting Hunt & Bloom immediately.
12. Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared with you must not be disclosed.
13. Transactions & Payment
Transactions remain pending until validated by AWIN.
Payments are issued per AWIN’s schedule after the validation period.
Commission reversals may occur for returns, cancellations, or violations of these Terms.
14. Compliance & Communication
Affiliates must disclose compensation in line with FTC Endorsement Guidelines (#ad, #sponsored, etc.).
Affiliates must respond promptly and transparently to inquiries about traffic sources or activity.
Non-cooperation may result in withheld commissions or removal.
