In applying for the PetLab Co. affiliate programme you are confirming that you are not promoting the PetLab Co. affiliate programme in inappropriate environments and your website does not display or sell advertising on any website that contravenes any law or regulation governing false or deceptive advertising.
Creative
- Affiliates must use the creatives, graphical elements and text links provided by PetLab Co. or available through AWIN platform. Affiliate must not alter them or create any of their own links. If any custom links or text are required, please contact PetLab Co.
- Affiliate must only use the most recent PetLab Co. creative and copy supplied through the network portal. This ensures, amongst other things, that the products Affiliate is promoting are current and that the tracking links are up to date and fully functioning.
- Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through AWIN platform may take immediate effect.
- Affiliate must respect the intellectual property rights of PetLab Co. These rights include trademarks and service marks, copyright and related rights, trade names and domain names, rights to goodwill or to use in passing off and rights in confidential information. If an affiliate infringes these rights, PetLab Co. may remove them from the Programme with immediate effect.
- Affiliate warrants and undertakes that they have and will maintain while they are a member of the Programme all licences, permits and authorisations necessary to be a member of the Programme.
Copy
Publishers are only allowed to promote approved copy on their sites. Any publisher found to have outdated or incorrect copy on their site will be asked to amend this and given one week to make the sufficient changes. If the copy remains unchanged after this time, or in case of no response, the advertiser reserves the right to suspend them from the program.
PetLab Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time as demanded by the business without prior notice.
