Welcome to the Boatsetter Affiliate Program! We are excited to have you on board as our affiliate partner. Please read the following terms carefully before joining our program:
Eligibility: Anyone can apply to become a Boatsetter affiliate, but we reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion. We do not accept affiliates promoting illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
Affiliate Commissions: Affiliates will earn a commission for each qualifying transaction made through their unique referral link or code. The commission rate and structure will be outlined upon approval into the program.
Tracking and Attribution: We use advanced tracking technology to monitor referrals accurately. The last-click attribution model will be used to credit affiliates for successful conversions.
Promotional Guidelines: While promoting Boatsetter, affiliates must adhere to our brand guidelines and not engage in any deceptive or misleading marketing practices.
Prohibited Content: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting Boatsetter on websites, platforms, or content that contains adult, explicit, religious, or discriminatory material.
Customer Refunds and Chargebacks: In the event of a customer refund or cancellation, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate's earnings.
Termination: Either party may terminate the affiliate partnership at any time and for any reason. If any affiliate is found to be violating our terms or engaging in unethical practices, their partnership will be immediately terminated.
Payment and Payouts: Commission payments will be made on a regular schedule, as agreed upon during the approval process. Payouts may be subject to a minimum threshold for release.
Data and Privacy: Both parties will ensure the privacy and security of any customer data shared during the affiliate partnership and comply with all relevant data protection regulations.
Updates and Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
