🇺🇸 ROCKBROS Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions (U.S. Version)
1. Eligibility & Participation
By joining the ROCKBROS Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to promote our products in compliance with the terms outlined below.
ROCKBROS reserves the right to accept, decline, or remove affiliates from the program at any time and for any reason.
2. Allowed Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote ROCKBROS products through the following channels:
Blogs and editorial content
Review or comparison websites
Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Email marketing to opt-in subscriber lists only
The following practices are NOT permitted:
Spam or unsolicited email marketing
Misuse of ROCKBROS trademarks, branding, or domains
False, misleading, or exaggerated claims about ROCKBROS products
Using ROCKBROS brand names in paid search ads without written permission
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions on qualified purchases generated through their tracking links.
Standard commission rate: X% (adjustable based on partnership needs)
Cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders are not eligible for commission
ROCKBROS may modify commission rates at any time
4. Tracking & Cookies
Accurate implementation of affiliate tracking is required
Standard cookie duration: 30 days (unless otherwise defined by the network)
Commissions are paid only when tracking fires successfully and the sale is validated
5. Restrictions on Paid Advertising
The following activities are not allowed without prior authorization:
Bidding on ROCKBROS trademarks or variations (e.g., “ROCKBROS,” “ROAD TO SKY,” “TVI Cycling”)
Running misleading ads, unauthorized coupons, or unapproved discount claims
Permitted:
Generic keywords (e.g., “bike accessories,” “cycling bags”)
Social media ads that do not violate trademark or brand guidelines
6. Coupons & Discount Codes
Affiliates may only promote discount codes explicitly provided by ROCKBROS.
Use of fake, expired, or unauthorized coupon codes may result in:
Commission reversal
Suspension or removal from the program
7. Brand Guidelines
Affiliates may use ROCKBROS images, logos, and product copy only for legitimate promotional purposes.
Not allowed:
Editing or altering brand assets in misleading or inappropriate ways
Using brand materials in contexts that may harm the ROCKBROS reputation
8. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid through the affiliate network according to their standard payment schedule.
Commissions will not be paid for orders that are:
Cancelled
Returned
Fraudulent or duplicate
Identified as non-qualifying by ROCKBROS internal review
9. Termination of Participation
ROCKBROS may remove any affiliate from the program at any time, particularly for violations of:
Brand guidelines
Paid advertising policies
Coupon or discount rules
Tracking manipulation or fraudulent behavior
Affiliates may also choose to leave the program at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
ROCKBROS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
All changes will be published within the affiliate network dashboard and will take effect immediately.
