ColoFlax Affiliate Program Agreement

1. Affiliate Eligibility:

2. Affiliate Responsibilities:

The Affiliate shall adhere to the following guidelines:
- Utilize affiliate tracking links provided by ShareASale for promoting ColoFlax.
- Prohibited usage of branded keywords or trademarks on keyword-based paid marketing sites, including but not limited to Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Ads.
- Compliance with CAN-SPAM, Consumer Privacy Act, and applicable local laws when conducting email marketing campaigns.
- Strict prohibition of spamming or any unethical marketing practices.
2.2 Content Guidelines:
The Affiliate shall not make any health claims related to ColoFlax and shall adhere to FDA and DSEA regulations. No health claims are allowed in promotional content.
2.3 Geographical Restrictions:
The Affiliate shall only promote ColoFlax to audiences in the continental United States, given that the Company only ships to this region.
3. Commission and Payment:
3.1 Commission Structure:
The Affiliate will earn commissions based on the following tiered structure:
- $0 - $9,999 Monthly Sales: 8% Commission
- $10,000 - $24,999 Monthly Sales: 10% Commission
- $25,000+ Monthly Sales: 12% Commission
3.2 Payment:
Commissions will be paid according to ShareASale policies. The Affiliate must have a valid and active PayPal account to receive payments.
4. Return and Refund Policy:
The Company's return and refund policy can be found at https://coloflax.com/policies/refund-policy. Excessive returns through affiliate sales will lead to monitoring and potential commission reversals.
5. Termination:
5.1 Affiliate Discontinuation:
The Company reserves the right to discontinue an Affiliate from the Program at its sole discretion for violation of the terms outlined in this Agreement.
5.2 Rights Upon Termination:
Upon termination, the Affiliate must remove all promotional materials, links, and content related to ColoFlax from their marketing channels.
6. Miscellaneous:
6.1 Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
