Program Agreement for RideLBikes.com Affiliate Program
This Program Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the RideLBikes.com Affiliate Program ("Program"). By enrolling and participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to comply with the terms stated herein.
Program Acceptance and Compliance: Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Agreement and the ShareASale Terms of Use. Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is mandatory.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliate shall not engage in any of the following activities within the Program: a. Violation of intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrights, or brand materials. b. False or misleading advertising practices. c. Spamming or unsolicited email marketing. d. Promotion of illegal, harmful, or objectionable content. e. Misrepresentation of RideLBikes.com or its products. f. Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent practices to inflate sales or commissions. g. Violation of any local, state, or federal laws or regulations.
Commission and Payment: Affiliate is eligible to earn commissions on qualified sales generated through their referral links. Commissions are subject to approval and verification. Payment terms and commission rates will be outlined separately.
Brand Guidelines: Affiliate shall adhere to RideLBikes.com's brand guidelines when promoting the products. This includes accurate representation of the brand and its offerings, and using authorized marketing materials provided by RideLBikes.com.
Termination: RideLBikes.com reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the Program at any time for violation of this Agreement or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
Modification: RideLBikes.com may modify the terms of this Agreement at its sole discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program implies acceptance of the modified Agreement.
Limitation of Liability: RideLBikes.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
