We also do not allow misspellings of the names above. We also do not allow negative keywords / TM+ (plus) bidding to be used with all the names listed above. We allow coupon codes but the affiliate would need to reach out to us and inform us exactly how they will be using the coupon codes. We do not allow clicks to reveal coupon codes. Any affiliate in NY must collect NY sales tax as we also operate in NY state. We will require signatures from affiliates in states that require "nexus". We reserve the right to stop working with any of our affiliates and upon notice the affiliate would need to remove our brand, images, and intellectual property from their site/s. We do not allow link farms and illegal use of SEO tactics to be used to promote our brand. Also, all customers and conversions must be by PayPal, credit card, or affirm. Check payments will not count as a conversion.
