bareLUXE Skincare

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as an affiliate (“Affiliate,” “You,” “Publisher”) in the bareLUXE Skincare Affiliate Program (“Program”) and the establishment of links from your affiliate website to our website, www.bareluxeskincare.com (“Website”).

To apply for enrollment in the Program, you must first sign up as a publisher with AWIN and agree to AWIN’s Publisher Agreement, the terms of which are hereby incorporated by reference.

You must submit a complete Affiliate Program Application via AWIN. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection within 14 business days. We may reject your application at our sole discretion if we determine your site is unsuitable for the Program for any reason, including but not limited to:

Promoting sexually explicit material or violence.

Promoting harassment or discrimination based on race, sex, gender identity, religion, national origin, or physical disability.

Promoting illegal activities and/or violating any law, rule, or regulation.

Using software or technology that intercepts, diverts, or redirects internet traffic, or enables the diversion of affiliate commissions from another website.

Making unapproved medical claims about our products or services.

If your application is accepted, you may obtain affiliate commissions as offered through the Program, as administered via AWIN, for so long as this Agreement is not terminated.

Brand Usage

The proper spelling of “bareLUXE” includes a lowercase “b” and uppercase “LUXE” and should be referenced in this manner on all materials. The brand may be referred to as “bareLUXE” or “bareLUXE Skincare.”

Assets & Links

We will make available to you banners, text links, and other creative materials (“Assets”) via AWIN. You agree to:

Only use Assets provided by us via AWIN, without alteration.

Only use affiliate linking code provided by AWIN.

Not mask the referring URL or use cookie stuffing, pop-ups, or misleading links.

Not use your affiliate links to claim commissions for your own purchases.

If coupon codes are provided, you must adhere to these guidelines:

Only advertise codes provided via AWIN.

Do not post workarounds for coupon restrictions (e.g., “first-time customers only”).

Display coupons in full with offer, expiration date, and code.

Do not use codes from non-affiliate campaigns, customer emails, or paid search ads.

Do not imply a customer must click from your site to receive an offer that applies site-wide.

Affiliates are not permitted to engage in any paid search or PPC advertising that directly or indirectly competes with bareLUXE Skincare’s advertising. This includes:

Bidding on brand names, trademarks, or variations/misspellings (e.g., bareLUXE, bareLUXE Skincare, Bare Luxe, Bare LUXE, CoreComplex, Core Complex).

Bidding on brand name + another word (e.g., “bareLUXE coupon,” “bareLUXE skincare reviews”).

Displaying ads triggered by brand-related keywords or misspellings.

Using brand names in display URLs, ad titles, ad copy, or meta descriptions.

Direct linking from paid ads to bareLUXE Skincare’s Website.

Running shopping ads (including Google Shopping, Bing Shopping, or any Comparison Shopping Services) that link directly to our Website.

Negative Keywords Requirement:
Affiliates running PPC on approved non-brand terms (if ever granted in writing) must add bareLUXE brand names, variations, and misspellings to their negative keyword lists.

Violation of these rules will result in commissions being declined and/or immediate removal from the Program.

Commission Calculation:
Commissions are calculated on the net transaction value, excluding:

VAT / sales tax

Delivery/shipping charges

Credit card processing fees

Gift wrapping or other service charges

Commission Declines:
Commissions will not be paid for transactions where:

The order was canceled.

The item was returned.

The customer failed a credit check.

The sale breached program terms.

The order was a duplicate.

The item was out of stock and could not be fulfilled.

Any other reason deemed necessary by bareLUXE Skincare at our sole discretion.

You may not use spam (unsolicited commercial email) to promote bareLUXE Skincare. This includes emailing anyone who has not specifically requested information from you.

Customers referred through the Program will be deemed customers of bareLUXE Skincare. All rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and sales apply to them.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information obtained during this partnership.

Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must remove all bareLUXE links and promotional materials from your site immediately.

This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control.

Upon acceptance into the Program, bareLUXE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use our trademarks and promotional materials solely for Program participation, in accordance with these terms.

By participating in the bareLUXE Skincare Affiliate Program via AWIN, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
