INIKA Organic Affiliate Terms & Conditions
This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between INIKA Organic (“INIKA Organic”), and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) utilizing the AWIN service ("the Service").
You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate.
Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service as an Affiliate.
By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and it's terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are written to ensure the success of our us.inikaorganic.com affiliate program and our valued affiliate partners.
It is each affiliate's responsibility to ensure compliance at all times.
- Affiliates MUST NOT register/buy or use domains that users may believe are part of INIKA Organic.
- Affiliates may not create websites that may impersonate the INIKA Organic website.
- Affiliates MUST NOT display a merchant window that isn't the result of a direct click by the end-user.
- Affiliates are not allowed to use Pop Ups, Pop Unders or any other format that is deemed intrusive or use any other cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser.
- CashBack will only be credited/approved if purchase/lead is generated and tracked in real-time and attributed as per attribution rules.
- Affiliates are not allowed to buy, register or create domains or subdomains which may mislead users to believe that such site is the merchants brand website.
- Affiliates are not allowed to supplant by any means the merchant's identity in social media.
- Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media.
- Affiliates are not permitted to promote the merchant through any toolbar.
- Affiliates violating the above T&C will be rejected from the program.
Failure to abide by these rules could mean the suspension of your collaboration with a complete forfeit of commissions. Fraud is a serious offense, and will be treated as such. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions.
ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD WILL RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION AND VOIDED COMMISSIONS.
