Affiliate Branding & PPC Policy1. Brand Name & Trademark Usage
Affiliates may not use Personalized Planet, misspellings, or variations in:
Paid search keywords
Ad copy
Display URLs
Website domains or subdomains
Affiliates may not represent themselves as the “official site” or imply they are directly associated with Personalized Planet beyond being an approved affiliate.
2. Logo & Creative Assets
Only official logos, product images, and banners provided in the affiliate program may be used.
Logos must not be altered, stretched, recolored, or combined with other graphics.
Custom creative must be approved in writing before use.
3. PPC & Direct Linking
Direct linking from paid search ads to the [Your Brand Name] website is not permitted unless explicitly approved.
Affiliates may bid on generic or category-related keywords (e.g., “best running shoes”) but not on brand terms(e.g., “Personalized Planet sneakers”).
Bidding on competitors’ brand names in conjunction with [Your Brand Name] is prohibited.
4. Content Guidelines
Affiliates must represent Personalized Planet accurately and may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.
Affiliates may not place ads or content on adult, political, violent, or offensive websites.
All promotions must comply with FTC disclosure requirements (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases”).
5. Violations
Any violation of these branding or PPC guidelines may result in:
Reversal of commissions, and/or
Termination from the affiliate program.
