This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Bunny Hopkins ("Merchant") and the participating affiliate ("Affiliate") as a legally binding agreement to govern the terms and conditions of the Affiliate's participation in the Share A Sale Affiliate Marketing Program for Bunny Hopkins.
Enrollment:
1.1. The Affiliate agrees to apply and enroll as a member of the Bunny Hopkins Share A Sale Affiliate Program by completing the application process on the Share A Sale platform.
1.2. The Affiliate warrants that all provided information is accurate and up-to-date during the enrollment process.
1.3. Merchant reserves the right to accept or decline an Affiliate's application at its sole discretion.
Affiliate Responsibilities:
2.1. The Affiliate will promote Bunny Hopkins products on approved websites, social media platforms, or other marketing channels.
2.2. The Affiliate will use approved creatives, banners, and links provided by Bunny Hopkins.
2.3. The Affiliate will not engage in any false, misleading, or unethical marketing practices that may harm the reputation of Bunny Hopkins.
2.4. The Affiliate will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to marketing and advertising practices.
Commission and Payments:
3.1. The Affiliate will receive a commission for each qualifying sale generated through their unique affiliate links.
3.2. The commission rate and payment terms will be outlined in the Share A Sale platform and may be subject to change.
3.3. Payments will be made according to the payment schedule specified by Share A Sale, subject to meeting the minimum payment threshold.
Tracking and Reporting:
4.1. The Share A Sale platform will track all sales, clicks, and commissions generated by the Affiliate's unique links.
4.2. The Affiliate will have access to reporting tools provided by Share A Sale to monitor performance, clicks, and earnings.
Termination:
5.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
5.2. Upon termination, the Affiliate must remove all affiliate links, creatives, and promotional materials related to Bunny Hopkins Toys.
Confidentiality:
6.1. The Affiliate agrees to keep all confidential information received from Bunny Hopkins confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Relationship of Parties:
7.1. The Affiliate is an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, or representative of Bunny Hopkins.
7.2. This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the parties.
Modifications:
8.1. Bunny Hopkins reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time.
8.2. The Affiliate will be notified of any modifications or amendments, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the updated Agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
9.2. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
By participating in the Bunny Hopkins Share A Sale Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
This Agreement is effective as of the date of enrollment and remains in effect until terminated by either party.
