EverLeagues Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the EverLeagues Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By joining our Program, you are agreeing to comply with and be legally bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement").
1. Enrollment in the Program
To start, you must complete and submit the online application via the ShareASale network. We will review your application and inform you about your acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to reject your application if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your website or promotional methods are unsuitable for our Program for any reason. This includes but is not limited to sites that contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content.
2. Compliance with Laws
As a participant in the Program, you agree to comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, licenses, permits, judgments, decisions, and other requirements of any governmental authority applicable to you, whether these laws are in effect now or later come into effect during your participation in the Program.
3. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited activities include advertising our products on websites that promote sexually explicit material, violence, illegal activities, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Use of our brand in Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns is not allowed without prior written permission.
Cookie stuffing techniques that set the tracking cookie without the user's knowledge are strictly prohibited.
Any violation of this Agreement may result in the termination of your participation in the Program and the forfeiture of any earned commissions.
4. Modification
We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the commission structure, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Program rules.
5. Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions in this Agreement. You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in our Program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than those set out in this Agreement.
All affiliates are also bound by the ShareASale Terms of Use.
