Commission Details
- Gift Card Exceptions: Please note that commission is not payable on gift cards when purchased through cashback sites.
- VAT and Delivery Charges: Commission does not include VAT or delivery charges.
- Sale Items and Finance: Commission is not paid on sale items when purchased with finance.
- Commission Validation: Due to our 30-day refund/return policy, we validate commissions 30 days after the purchase date. However, commission for finance orders may take up to 40 days to validate to confirm the agreement's activity and the first monthly instalment payment.
- Commission Rate Changes: We maintain the right to change commission rates with 7-days notice. Commission is not paid for any use of promotional/voucher codes, and this should be explicitly stated on our merchant pages.
PPC Overview
- No PPC Activity: Affiliates are not permitted to engage in PPC activity, including bidding on brand terms, misspellings, variations, or generic keywords incorporating any form of the Silverly brand, such as 'silverly jewelry.' Commission earned through PPC methods will be cancelled.
- No Direct Links: Affiliates cannot directly link to the Silverly website from any search engine or on the display network.
- No Misleading Display URLs: Affiliates must refrain from using any variation or misspelling of the Silverly brand within the display URL of their PPC ads and must not pass themselves off as Silverly.
Cashback/Discount Code Sites
- Discretionary Acceptance: Acceptance of cashback/discount code sites is at Silverly's discretion. We may refuse any site that doesn't align with our brand.
- Authorized Discount Codes: Only valid discount codes authorized and provided by Silverly will be eligible for commission. Unauthorized code usage may result in non-payment of commission.
Content and Creative Usage
- Content Use: Affiliates must exclusively use content provided by Silverly and are prohibited from editing it without prior approval.
- Content Updates: It is the affiliate's responsibility to keep content up to date and ensure the accuracy of the information displayed.
- Content Removal: Silverly reserves the right to request immediate content removal if these terms are not adhered to.
- Website Framing and Copying: Affiliates must not frame or copy the Silverly website.
Content Restrictions
- Immediate Suspension: Affiliates found promoting content that is adult, explicit, offensive, abusive, violent, misleading, obscene, racist, discriminative, extremist, illegal, or related to gambling, bad debt, or tobacco products will be suspended immediately.
