Activity Limitations: Affiliate partners are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities, including but not limited to:
Using unauthorized advertising materials or engaging in actions that violate intellectual property rights.
Conducting promotions through fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading means.
Violating applicable laws and regulations or infringing upon user privacy.
Acquiring clicks, sales, or conversions through unethical or illegal methods.
Compliance Policies: Affiliate partners shall adhere to the Platform's compliance policies, such as prohibiting ads from being displayed on adult content websites and complying with data protection regulations. Affiliate partners can find additional guidance and tips in the Platform's compliance policy blog post.
Terms of Use Binding: All affiliate partners participating in the Merchant's affiliate network marketing program are also bound by ShareASale's Terms of Use.
The Merchant and Platform expect affiliate partners to strictly adhere to the above restrictions and provisions. Failure to comply with these limitations may result in the termination of the affiliate partnership.
This plan agreement governs the collaborative relationship between the Merchant, the Platform, and affiliate partners and is subject to the applicable laws. The parties agree to resolve any disputes or conflicts through amicable negotiations.
Affiliate partners are encouraged to carefully read and understand the contents of this plan agreement before participating in the affiliate network marketing program. By joining the program, affiliate partners indicate their consent to comply with the terms of this agreement and agree to abide by any updates to the agreement.
